Ibig po sabihin ay valid for 12 months ang visa na grant sa inyo. Kung multiple entry po ito. Pwede ka magpabalik balik hanggang before January 2024. After that date expired na po ang visa.

Gusto ng parents ko pumunta ng Australia para ma bisita yung Aunt ko pero ayaw naman nila isponsor. Pwede ba nila gamitin yung bank account ko as proof of funds? (walang savings or trabaho yung parents ko and from Philippines ako)
Wala din ako bank account when I first came here in Australia on a tourist visa yun lang sponsored kasi ako ng boyfriend (now husband) ko. As far as I know dapat may sarili sila source of funds or financial funds proof to show if wala mag sponsor sa kanila. Hope nakatulong. 🙂

Tourist Visa is for tourism and to visit family or friends. So regardless if your unemployed as long as you can prove that you or your sponsor (if there's any) can cover your expenses while your in Australia.

To sponsor your girlfriend/boyfriend for an Australian visa you will need to show that your relationship is strong. This means you must have met her in person. If you haven't, there is no chance you can sponsor him/her. He/she will then need to apply for the visa alone.

Hi Jed. I applied for my mother and twin nieces visa recently. Lodge it July 26 and got approved on September 03. It was more than a month. So don't lose hope. 👍
I think NO, only family member can sponsor you. Friends cannot sponsor unless it is a partner/girlfriend/boyfriend you are talking about then the situation changes to some degree. Your friend can give you a letter of support though but for accommodation only.

Sorry now lang nabasa. In my case, yung sponsor/inviter ko din po ang nagshoulder ng expenses ko. So nagsubmit lang po ako ng financial proof niya at letter of invitation. Wala po ako credit card o bank account nung time na yun. Pero na approved po naman ang tourist visa ko 2 times before we got married.
Pwede po sila mag apply ng tourist visa if yun po ang tanong ninyo. But if you mean bringing them in Australia for good, ibang visa po ang need ninyo i-apply.

If your bf is sponsoring your trip and staying expenses, just provide other proofs po na you'll be coming back to the Philippines po. Examples ay bank statement, proof of ownership ng bahay, lupa, sasakyan. O baka po may business ka.

Hi Ms. Joy. During my first time to travel to Australia on a Tourist visa wala pa po niyang required CFO certificate. But looks like the answer to your question is YES, as part of the Expanded Anti-Trafficking in Persons Act of 2022 (meaning kailan lang po ito na ipatupad). Mukhang required nga po. CFO is required pag first time Traveller ka. But if you're only applying for tourist visa you still need CFO Certificate but not the sticker. CFO Sticker is only applicable for permanent residency. Yun Ang oagkakaalam ko Po Kasi I once called CFO Officd

In my experiences po travelling with a tourist visa ang hinahanap lang naman po sa immigration ng Australian airport are your passport, proof of visa, they may look at your plain tickets to see if how long kayo mag stay so make it ready din and that's it mostly. Unless my complicated status or kahina hinalang pagkilos that's the only occasion that they may ask you for further documentation. Sana po nakatulong. 🙂

Is it that we have to send the financial proof to the people we are sponsoring so they attach it to the VISA application themselves when they apply? I can easily send payslips & bank statement to the individual/s we are sponsoring via email as a pdf or scan, or we have to send that proof to the immigration office independently?

Ibig po sabihin ay valid for 12 months ang visa na grant sa inyo. Kung multiple entry po ito. Pwede ka magpabalik balik hanggang before January 2024. After that date expired na po ang visa.

Wala din ako bank account when I first came here in Australia on a tourist visa yun lang sponsored kasi ako ng boyfriend (now husband) ko. As far as I know dapat may sarili sila source of funds or financial funds proof to show if wala mag sponsor sa kanila. Hope nakatulong. 🙂

Tourist Visa is for tourism and to visit family or friends. So regardless if your unemployed as long as you can prove that you or your sponsor (if there's any) can cover your expenses while your in Australia.

To sponsor your girlfriend/boyfriend for an Australian visa you will need to show that your relationship is strong. This means you must have met her in person. If you haven't, there is no chance you can sponsor him/her. He/she will then need to apply for the visa alone.

I think NO, only family member can sponsor you. Friends cannot sponsor unless it is a partner/girlfriend/boyfriend you are talking about then the situation changes to some degree. Your friend can give you a letter of support though but for accommodation only.

Hi Ms. Joy. During my first time to travel to Australia on a Tourist visa wala pa po niyang required CFO certificate. But looks like the answer to your question is YES, as part of the Expanded Anti-Trafficking in Persons Act of 2022 (meaning kailan lang po ito na ipatupad). Mukhang required nga po. CFO is required pag first time Traveller ka. But if you're only applying for tourist visa you still need CFO Certificate but not the sticker. CFO Sticker is only applicable for permanent residency. Yun Ang oagkakaalam ko Po Kasi I once called CFO Officd

In my experiences po travelling with a tourist visa ang hinahanap lang naman po sa immigration ng Australian airport are your passport, proof of visa, they may look at your plain tickets to see if how long kayo mag stay so make it ready din and that's it mostly. Unless my complicated status or kahina hinalang pagkilos that's the only occasion that they may ask you for further documentation. Sana po nakatulong. 🙂

@janethsamson7031 Hi po. Kung online application ka mam scanned copy lang naman masend mo sa kanila. In our case po kasi lagi namin pinapa certify true copy or signed by JOP and mga documents na ina attach namin.

Is it that we have to send the financial proof to the people we are sponsoring so they attach it to the VISA application themselves when they apply? I can easily send payslips & bank statement to the individual/s we are sponsoring via email as a pdf or scan, or we have to send that proof to the immigration office independently?
