What would you do to reverse the color change? Or turn hydrangeas other colors?

Ahhh, dear, sweet evidence based research 😋
It’s like the unfolding of a Dialectic... of Materialism 😁
Still, I don’t expect a turn to Negative Dialectics, per se, but those other results were pretty cool, especially those psychedelic or tye dye petals at the end. So, while it’s probably a horrible idea to start producing color changed bugs and mice for RUclips, for an example, I hope there’ll be more chimeric horticulture in the future.

Would a solution of ETDA or another chelating reagent work for the reverse reaction?

Negative data is not a crime, but usually negative data doesn't get publish often

Unless you are trying to get negative data.
For example: Disproving creationism would require negative data since positive data is impossible to find.

Plants have a lot of lessons to teach us. So cool to see you guys figuring out what went wrong the first time .

    Why not use potted plants?

not very easy to control the content of the dirt youre using. Might be doable with pearlite, or very clean sand.

We had one--but it didn't bloom in time. Also the color change with a potted plant can still take a lengthy amount of time--more than we were willing to dedicate to this video...

4:04 what do you mean "partial success", it was true success.

How did you calculate the molar amount of Al, and what did you use to create each solution?

This video is one of your best. It was really about science.

Not an experiment, but I'd like to see the science behind shrink-wrap. :)
