I love this song. I was at the recent game last Saturday against Montreal 39-10 win for the Double Blue!! To me this song has a 1950’s vibe to it!! An innocent age. Imagine sitting at old Varsity Stadium in 1952, and the Argos had just scored a TD then and they piped this through the PA system. I wonder who wrote this song? And when did they first play it? Great song for a great team!!
Sad they lost to the Als in the eastern final, what are the fans of MTL going to say next time the Argos visit Molson Stadium? “Choke Argos choke choke choke?”
