Me too! I loved this makeover because my room is pretty much the same color as hers.
I love how simple your bed is but it still looks cozy & beautiful. We have had a huge 4 poster bed forever & I hate it now. Its so big & bulky. I want to get rid of it & get something more simple & I have been telling my husband this for years. If I were able to do everything myself I would. I used to be able to do all that you can do, but I am chronically ill & disabled now. Your video has put a fire in me though. If he doesn't want to help me, then I will enlist a friend or 2 once this virus is over. I live in my room so I want it to be a happy space for me. Thank you Carissa for being such an inspiration. I also love DIY & I am still able to do some smaller projects when I am feeling up to it.

Your room was already cute before but love the after! Tip for everyone.. when cleaning/dusting always go from top to bottom because dust will keep falling to the lower layers and lastly clean your floors

I am a organizing, clean freak. I was like, why didn’t she clean the rest out from under the bed and then vacuum? Oh well, the end result was very pretty! I would have put that stuff away in a tote.

Love it! Our master is still a work in progress and that's mostly due to cost. Can't really find any furniture I love for cheap enough. So it is what it is for now.

I think you’re great at decorating shelves. You don’t give yourself credit! It’s way harder than it looks. I have a built-in in my dining room that I’m constantly readjusting to try to make it look balanced. I love how you always keep it real. Real life is missing a curtain panel and making it work with what you have. 😆

The only thing that Im a little skeptical is having a shelf on the top of our bedroom because I'm afraid of earthquakes. Those little cute decoration will fall on us while we're asleep. I like the idea but I will skip that for me. Wish you and your family safe and healthy.
