Absolutely. The only one that should get anything is the dude who picked it up, and it should really only be public drunkeness or disorderly misdemeanor since nothing was destroyed or stolen. The fact that the dude returned everything to it's previous condition (minus a little bit of old soil granted) means there were no damages to the owner.
The attempt was made thpugh, which is enough already to book him for that. You failing at commiting a crime doesn't make the attempt go away.@@IanAnthony-IAm

He still tried to prevent it and he cleaned up after his friends. If anyone would be charged it would probably be the only kid that picked up the planting container. I guess it would be vandalism however everything is put back. So worse he’d get is a fine or community service.
