So they don't like you converting from profile to page for promoting business, but you can open a new page to promote business? Ultimately they're both pages, what's the difference ?
I think FB has to now send you a notification that you’re eligible and you can either accept or deny the request.

I have a facebook profile that is connected to a facebook page and I am now trying to merge them together as one since they pretty much represent the same thing.
- I switched on the professional mode on the profile to turn it to a page
- i tried merging the both pages but i am having issues, have checked the links, description, banner, profile picture, links, social medias
i still had error, maybe theres something i am still missing

This is the second video I've came across with these settings. But, when I go to the links provided it does not take me to this page shown on this video. It does not convert over my followers into likes, or convert over my profile info and photos. I don't know if Facebook changed there rules, but it is quite stressful converting my personal profile into a page.
