I served 17 years in the defense forces, where the concept of work-life balance was not a focus, and rightly so, as our mission was to defend our country. Now, working in the corporate world, I believe work-life balance is essential. I am committed to not working more than 40 hours a week unless it’s an extreme emergency or I am adequately compensated. While I understand that career advancement often requires extra effort, I believe it’s important to address such expectations openly. However, if it were for the army or my country again I would dedicate myself wholeheartedly and without question."

I can never forget his Press Conference just before abruptly halting and cancelling the Amarnath Yatra when he said "We have found a sniper rifle under a boulder on the route to Amarnath Yatra so we are concerned for the life risks of Amarnath Yatris" (pardon me if these were not exactly the same words as I heard them only once on live news). I felt from my conscious this was a cover for something unusual big thing going to be happening very soon and later on it happened and became history. Thank you Tiny sir for your service to the nation and forgive me for successfully guessing that tiny cover of yours at that time. 🙏

As an ardent follower of your channel, for me personally, the most exciting thing is, as both the interviewers and the interviewees, coming from the same defense background, the chemistry which builds, during the conversations, about life and death, is just mind blowing. It would be great to see peoples coming not only from Army like Maj Abhay Sapru Sir (to know about OP Pawan Sri Lanka, his experiences about Maj. Sudhir Walia Sir etc), Col. Honey Bakshi Sir (his TSD actions in Kashmir), Brig. Israr Khan Sir (OP Bluestar) etc. but also coming from Navy (Marcos Praveen Teotia), CRPF, BSF etc. Jai Hind !!!!
