1:32, I was there ironically working on the black 8 car. Never would’ve thought that day would’ve happened with the car I was crewing on, but also with one of my good buddies in the 75 who I raced with since karts. I remember seeing it and it felt like a 10 minute long flip, it was a surreal feeling. Thankful the driver of the 75 got out of the car under his own power and walked to the ambulance. He did sustain a concussion. But something cool after the fact, was about a year and a half later, he returned to racing legends and like 2-3 races into his return he got his 1st career win at that same track he had his flip. Pretty awesome story
@sidebite2533 thanks, I was. Knocked unconscious, cut out of car, trauma center for 8 hours, initially paralyzed, broke my back, couldn't walk for 4 months. Totaled car, no money to build another, ended my career. No HANS back then but believe the neck roll and straps that went around my arms and clipped to helmet saved my life.
I watch a lot of these being a huge dirt racing fan. I've yet to see one particular crash I remember at Knoxville. It was late 80's or early 90's, I think the driver was Cliff Woodard.
His car is sliding sideways. That wasn't just turning down. He's in oil. Trust me, speaking form personal experience, when you hit oil, you have pretty much 0 control of what you're car is doing. With how much smoke there is, I'm betting the car ahead of him sent a rod through the block, and then started putting 3-4+ quarts of oil down on the track. If someone blows a radiator hose and dumps all their water it can be the story.

0:26 "one over in the turn one fence" is quite an understatement.

I’m pretty convinced that this vehicles are the most uncontrollable after a crash

I wish I could remember who it was. But that happened at Taylor Speedway in Taylor British Columbia. Definitely crazy
5:56 if i can remember correctly the last time i went there that opening is still there
Dude the way some of those cars flip through the air or when the throttle gets stuck man your head has got to be hurting
5:43 What injuries did they sustain?
Yes
Minor
The first clip I was there. I worked for the white/Pink 27 Kuchta team
Nice to know nobody was killed but my question is how many were hospitalized after these
Why would anyone run a open wall on a straight away. That has killed so many drivers.
I shot that second angle of the Lucas Wolfe wreck at the Grove. Absolutely frightening.
1:02 late model airlines
3:41 is just flames
4:03 that’s Kenny Jacob’s in my family’s sprint car
At th canadagua sprint race Parker Evan’s used to do my dads shocks
3:57 I think anyone would have schatz in that accident
The unknown track looks like Calistoga speedway
😮 Holy (....)
Oh, 2 different of fire of Sprint cars, Okay, Are the some of the Drivers and one person of the Flag stand survived or not??
Oh, Thanks
Welcome and Thanks
Kenny Jacob's Eldora crash was 1989 not 1990
ruclips.net/video/5Yvs_9TJprc/видео.htmlsi=wpQbwXAd0ysyTGUm it was 1990
Get the drift ?😁
The guy in the black car at 1:32 is 100% at fault for a crash that wouldn't have even happened if he didn't blindly cut to the bottom.

Can you start telling us if they survive or not
The start littearly says they all survive
