bought mine new, used it a few times and then unplugged. now it wont turn back on at all. no power. dead. tried different cables, outlets, etc. is the power supply the next thing to check?
My HP NeverStop 1200 Series stopped powering on out of the blue just this week. If it's a powersupply issue, does HP cover it under their warranty? I only used it a few time and now it doesn't turn on at all. I wonder if this is planned obsolescence by HP, maybe pushed via an update.....
Same happened to me today as you said out of the blue. I bought it in Nov 2021 and haven’t used it that much but suddenly today there’s no power. Tried changing power cable but nothing works. Followed all instructions on hp website but no luck. Will call the company that i bought it from in morning and see what they say.
Update. Called HP today and they offered to send a new one and the old one goes back. I dont know if its a update problem or whatever but new printers dropping dead like this aint normal.
@@farhankhan04 Mine happened the same no power and no use called hp and the printer was out of warranty. They told me there was nothing to do. Garbage printers.
@@danydepp8487 Agree with you. They are garbage printers. The print quality is disappointing too. Since they sent me another one its print quality has worsened, its blurry could be the cartridge i dont know man. But yh again, new printers dying out of nowhere at the same time all over the world. Had to be software update

200 usd printer and that yellow power supply board replacement is 100 usd. What a shame HP!
