The talk explores various themes on caste and dalit lives. How do dalits see the form and structure of upper caste religion? How do caste and religion play out in people's lives and in their literatures at a time when the country has seen caste atrocities, as well as growing exclusion of minorities from mainstream life? The panelists discuss these questions and their implications in everyday lives of dalits in India today.
