I have this exact same amp, and I have to say, I’m thrilled with it. Definitely a value overload purchase. I’m putting it through the motions, as I’ve only had it for a month. But if it holds up, I will be purchasing other Bugera amps as time goes on. Thanks for pointing 👍.
I am curious about this little amp. I keep looking for very portable gear for low volume gigs. This might be a nice addition. It seems to take pedals in a pleasing way. Thanks for the vid, Shane!
Hey Shane. Loved the demo. I was convinced after watching all your Bugera V5 videos and went out and bought one. Incredible tone for the price. Using a Boss GT-1 pedal with it, and it takes that well with a Gibson Les Paul. Quite the amp for the price. Saved $300 over the Marshall DS5.
how is it working for you now I'm thinking of getting one let me know from California thank you I have family in Australia and New Zealand have a good day
@@rayfabris2512 Mate, seeing the above didn't answer ya, l will. I've had the V22 for a yr maybe & if you use pedals...it's a crackin amp. Hi Shane, I have a V5 (the old one non-infinium) since like 5 years ago and it's fantastic as a pedal platform. But I use it with a 2x12 cab to unleash its true potencial. The only thing I wish it had in order to be perfect is an FX loop.
Victor Von Belmont take it to any guitar/amp luthier and let an fx-loop be routed...its possible...you can even tell you luthier where to put the loop...before/after gain, before/after EQ, before/after volume and the integrated reverb etc. A good luthier should be able to route a loop for you no problem at all (this is a simple amp), and it shouldnt cost much..depending where you live..
Shane! How well do you think this amp sounds at lower volumes? Mu wife works at home (permanent) and I go to work around noon. She is often asleep when I return in the evening. So very seldom will I get to max it. What did you think of the headphone jack? That is a very interesting feature for me! Thanks for all your great videos!
Shane if you didnt try P90øs on Bugera V5 please do so you will love it Im sure. I also have ST alnico single coil and humbucker guitars but the Thinline with P90's sounds epic on this amp. I also think the V5 sounds best with pedals and not on its own. I love mine though!
2 things keeping me from getting this amp are: an effects loop and switchable variable wattage selector. I'd pay more than the current price tag for these added features. It's not a bad amp.

Where’s the buzzing / humming coming from? Is it coming from the single coils or is it something with an amp/pedal ?
That's my shotgun microphone picking up the room sound. The buzz is normal for a strat with overdrive etc.
The riff with the clone was that The Babes?

It's not super-loud so if that's what you're looking for it might be okay. If you need a lot of volume then no.
