Goof Troop ST (ST standing for "Space Treasure") is a ROM hack of the SNES classic Disney's Goof Troop. Much like the original game, it features puzzle solving stages as the characters play as either Goofy or Max, who can throw items at enemies, kick star blocks, and use grappling hooks whenever they need to go across large gaps.
The story of this hack is that Goofy and Max need to return back to the island from the original game in order to obtain a secret treasure, which is rumored to have come from outer space. Goof and Max must get the treasure before the pirates do.
LeHulk ( tasvideos.org/Users/Profile/L... ) uses both players to obtain the Space Treasure in record time.
Note: the end credits are glitched out since the demos expect the original levels.

man, never realized how tiny the hurtboxes on the chasing pirates are in this game
yeah you HAVE to be TOUCHED by them. if they are just inside your model somewhat you might not even get hurt.
this TAS is so entertaining
This game is an underrated gem. Definitely worth a try if you haven't played it yourself. It can be beaten in about 45 minutes to an hour casually if played with a friend.
Edit: did not realize this was a romhack
it took me until the castle to go: "wait, I don't remember the ghost forest section before the castle at all 🤦"
I had the same reaction watching this while I was cooking. I need to try this rom hack.
It looks so well made, I could've sworn it was an officially released sequel. I haven't played the original but if I see it flloating around somewhere I'll be sure to pick it up.
Man, the music in this game is still absolutely a top-tier jam.

I think it's Disney's Goofy answer to A Link to the Past, but it's easy and slightly different.
Ironically, Capcom will produce The Legend of Zelda GBC and GBA titles.

@@GabrielOshiro A hack is a modified game, usually changing the maps, the items and/or enemies, the original Goof Troop didn't have a "space-themed" stage, it was a cavern (For example)
