For me, yu-gi-oh has always been something that me and my brother could connect and bond over. Back when neither of us had actual decks, but instead only random cards like hane-hane and tyhone #2 were the best things we had. Basically the game would play out as the one with magic cylinder or mirror force won, which usually ended up being him. I remember we would go down to a card game corner store every week after our parents gave us our 5$ allowance. Also, i really appreciate the energy that you bring to the yu-gi-oh community, you definitely make your videos fun and productive, so props to you man,

I started playing Yu-Gi-Oh about two years ago and recently just picked this up again because of the pandemic. It’s been hard but having this to escape to and also watching your awesome videos have helped a lot.
I've been playing Yu-Gi-Oh! since the first set to ever be released. The structure deck was my moms last gift, just before she passed away from cancer, and she told me that she'll always be with me in those cards. To this day, I still play that deck, and I see my mom in the cards whenever I play.

Speed dueling is a joke. Rush duels are the only project that will be succesful not because it is good. It is a great way for kids to watch the anime and play a more simple yu gi oh. The game was great before links. Links are fine but that is the era of "10 minute turns" "what is turn 4". Game has powercreept so much and they just keep going. If you saw Dragun of Red Eyes 5 years ago it would blow your mind. But now it might be tier 2.

I started playing Yu-Gi-Oh almost 2 years ago, I enjoy playing the game because it's really fun to just sit opposite someone and be yourself. Things I like about your channel is that you make really cool openings and make them dramatic when it comes down to the last pack in a booster box or something. I also play sacred beasts and your deck profile really helped with the ratios of what I was playing, I put dark summoning at 2 and fallen paradise at 2 and it really made it more consistent! Yu-Gi-Oh has always been a hobby and nostalgic show of my childhood. Nothing measures up to the freedom of expressing my childhood. I remember my grandma turning on the t.v. and I was watching season 2 of the O.G. Yu-Gi-Oh! and I was trying instantly hooked! My uncles saw how much I took a liking into Yu-Gi-Oh! and they gave me their cards they have collected and I built on from there. And your channel is legit so great to watch when I get home from work. Your energy is top notch and makes me smile and never change it! I have zero complaints and I don’t have anything to mention for changes to make your channel better! Keep it growing brother!!!
I got back into and started playing at school with my performapal, blue eyes, Celtic guardian hero deck🤣, then I got a rokket revolt deck and got smashed again then the tables turned and I'm on atleast a 100 kill streak once I got x3 shaddoll decks, with a subterror engine and now i have no one to play with cos everyone thinks I'm bullying people and I made 3 people quit😂... it's kind of sad tho🙁

I really started playing in 2008, when 5Ds came on tv in the US. To this day 5Ds is my favorite series because it’s the first one I saw. And I instantly connected with Yusei. Which is also why stardust dragon is my favorite card of all time!!! I love this game so much!! May the heart of the cards be with you all!!

I recently started getting back into the game and purchased 3x Sacred Beasts structure deck and used your guide to build a deck. I started playing Yu-gi-oh about 3 years ago. Little brother of 12 yrs now got me hooked on it. Tried to play in 96 when it first came out, but being so young I couldn't understand playing. Now that I am older seem to get the hang of it. I love Yu-gi-oh gameplay. Being a Pokemon player for so long eventually growing out of it, almost seeming too too childish. Still have all my cards, but Yu-gi-oh, with the turn structure, the acrh-types, the combos, 3 years running no one can beat me here with friends and family, recently hosted a small tournament, never could do that with Pokemon. No real flaws, still learning the game. Your sheer energy got me hooked on your channel. I would love this playmat as a prize for my next tournament. Since I have two of yours already. Sacred Beasts and Dragoon of Red-Eyes. Prefer slow to fast pack openings. I could listen for hours for you hunting down a card. Stop stopping Sam! What are you doing? Keep going!

I started yugioh when it first came out!! I still have my old cards from back then. Hopefully they're worth something!! I stopped when I got older. I watched a couple of seasons throughout my years though to try and stay tuned to what's going on. I started back when my kids started liking it. Then I started to watch you and started getting into it more. Definitely keep doing what you're doing 👌! I like all the deck profiles and pack openings that you do. The card sniff rages are super funny and the godly card pulls are hilarious! Also the people you say that are not subscribed is funny too!

Man, I started playing yugioh back in 2002 when I was 11. My friends and I didn't know any better, we bought the SDY and SDK decks and normal summoned dark magician straight to the field without tributing just like the anime. Ended up learning the actual rules and quitting when union monsters were first introduced. Skip forward to 2019, did some black friday shopping with some friends and they decided to buy yugioh packs. They were telling me Dark neostorm was the newest set out so I bought 1 pack to test my luck. Pulled an Avramax and the addiction kicked in. My favorite thing about yugioh is hanging out with friends, playing, and the joy of opening a chase card. I like your channel due to the explosive energy you have. You seem like a great, positive and genuine person which causes me to watch all your videos the day of upload. Constructive criticism? Maybe show some love to some of the rogue decks no one really plays? Throw in a random Rikka, megalith, plunder patrol etc deck profile here and there. You could also do some casual or budget friendly deck profiles as well. I remember when I was a kid, my family didn't make that much money. I was always hesitant to ask my parents for money to buy decks/ packs, so maybe do some casual/budget friendly profiles the younger generation that's watching your channel can mimic and play with their friends. All in alll, keep up the great work with the channel. You're doing a great job and there are plenty of people that enjoy your content. Ignore the haters and push on bro.

Walked away for a while and came back and got fairly competitive while still using casual decks. 2) Honestly I just love crazy fun moments with friends and the freedom to play casual decks and still see success both with friends and in tournaments. 3) Constructive criticism? Really just two for you Sam. First as a nitpick audio guy your sound could use some cleaning up. Also, with your deck profiles mate, be honest about what you're building. Team APS did it as a joke and you do have a point to an extent about playing the best cards, but if you're saying you're playing a Blue-Eyes deck, do a Blue-Eyes deck not another Crystron deck that uses less than ten Blue-Eyes cards. For the videos you want! I love your stuff regardless. But be honest about them is all

I started playing Yu-Gi-Oh in 2002 when I was 6 years old, I was the only kid in the playground that knew how to play by the actual rules but seeing my opponent summon the three god cards from his hand all in one turn made me laugh especially since slifer the sky dragon had no attack unless he had cards in his hand (which he didn't after sending the rest to the graveyard) 🤣, obelisk the tormentor had 4000 attack and the winged dragon of ra had ??? Attack, I used dark hole on his gods and there they all went 🤣 I felt like a bully to him for a moment but he became my first friend to play Yu-Gi-Oh with on the daily at school and till this day he's still my best friend :) , the main part that I like about your channel is your love for Yugioh and your dedication to it as well, you give us the latest and greatest updates on deck profiles of the current meta format that we could also implement in our decks too, the only dislike I may have with the channel is that I never see you give water monsters any love! I would like to see you make your own deck profile on a water deck (atlantean, mermail, rikka, crystron,gishki) ECT. First of all Hey Sam hope u good! I actually started playing about a year now. I knew of Yu-go-oh when I was a kid and I loved watching the anime growing up. I got into the game because of my child hood best friend, we got together for the first time in a long time and he told me that he had been playing competitive Yu-gi-oh! I asked him to teach me and that same night we went to Walmart and bought some starter decks and from there on I loved the game. I started watching ur videos and I loved how much enthusiasm u put in the game! I enjoy ur deck profiles and the combos U show to those, like me, who are beginners! Also, I started Yugioh when I saw the Starter Deck Yugi and Kaiba at the mall. Then stopped, then learned how to play when HERO's started coming in with the GX era. At that point, me and my friends knew MST was the best negate. Quit for a while, came back during the XYZ's era and been at it since with HERO's. Discovered the Absolute Zero/Acid combo on accident lol For the channel, I say keep at it. The special effects and such were a good touch, keeps the visuals as explosive as you are, Sam. Personalized! I dig this. What you SHOULD do that'd be cool? Get some commissioned art of yourself in the Yugioh style, or make yourself into your favorite HERO , that'd be sick

My parents didn’t have a lot of money when I was younger so I didn’t have a lot of nice cards but as I got older and got a job, I made sure I collected all my favorites. I like this channel because it’s always great to see a different person’s views on YuGiOh and you have awesome content. You might have already done it but the audience would love to see an updated video on your main collection. Keep doin your thing dude. Make that money.
I started playing yugioh I wanna say around 2010 or 2011 (i dont really remember i know it was during the synchro era no xyz yet) when i was a wee lad and couldnt make viable decks since i was very inexperienced and ultimately gave up yugioh after losing first matches at local tournaments and just losing interest. Then in the Fall of 2019 i got back into it after joining a group at a college i study at and seeing them playing cards wanted me to get back into Yugiog and im so glad I got back into yugioh. Now im considered to be one of the top duelists within the group and after some time started working on multiple deck profiles (literally like 70+). I love yugioh for how the way the game has evolved into what we have now and how their is many viable strategies and fun decks + archetypes to use. I also love how yugioh allowed me to think critically in deck building and learning the ins and outs of each deck and the opponents. im anxious to see what yugioh has in store for the future Love the content especially pack openings since thats how I came across your channel and i like the deck profiles Also the first (and only) playmat I have i got is the kitchen dragonmaid playmat off your store. Yu-Gi-Oh has always been a hobby and nostalgic show of my childhood. Nothing measures up to the freedom of expressing my childhood. I remember my grandma turning on the t.v. and I was watching season 2 of the O.G. Yu-Gi-Oh! and I was trying instantly hooked! My uncles saw how much I took a liking into Yu-Gi-Oh! and they gave me their cards they have collected and I built on from there. And your channel is legit so great to watch when I get home from work. Your energy is top notch and makes me smile and never change it! I have zero complaints and I don’t have anything to mention for changes to make your channel better! Keep it growing brother!!!

I got back into and started playing at school with my performapal, blue eyes, Celtic guardian hero deck🤣, then I got a rokket revolt deck and got smashed again then the tables turned and I'm on atleast a 100 kill streak once I got x3 shaddoll decks, with a subterror engine and now i have no one to play with cos everyone thinks I'm bullying people and I made 3 people quit😂... it's kind of sad tho🙁

I really started playing in 2008, when 5Ds came on tv in the US. To this day 5Ds is my favorite series because it’s the first one I saw. And I instantly connected with Yusei. Which is also why stardust dragon is my favorite card of all time!!! I love this game so much!! May the heart of the cards be with you all!!

I started playing Yugioh in the DM era. GX was my favourite though and I kinda fell away after it ended. I recently started getting back into the game and purchased 3x Sacred Beasts structure deck and used your guide to build a deck. It might not be the best deck in the current meta but it is so fun and nostalgic for a GX era fan like myself.

I really love your opening videos and how much you involve people in the whole process, like every video you do has such good production quality that I absolutely adore. One thing I'd personally really love to see more of is something like opinion videos? I'd love to hear you talk about what you think of the state of the game, what you would change if you could, unpopular opinions, alternate format ideas, just more 'hypothetical' content in general would be really fun! To make this a compliment sammy i'm also gonna say you're the only yugituber I watch that really understands and plays up how silly this game can be. Like man I was cheesing like crazy watching you and your bro do that Yugi/kaiba duel, with all the added voice lines and stuff. It's heartwarming stuff man-I love that you clearly love what you do!
I started playing Yu-gi-oh about 3 years ago. Little brother of 12 yrs now got me hooked on it. Tried to play in 96 when it first came out, but being so young I couldn't understand playing. Now that I am older seem to get the hang of it.
I love Yu-gi-oh gameplay. Being a Pokemon player for so long eventually growing out of it, almost seeming too too childish. Still have all my cards, but Yu-gi-oh, with the turn structure, the acrh-types, the combos, 3 years running no one can beat me here with friends and family, recently hosted a small tournament, never could do that with Pokemon. No real flaws, still learning the game.
Your sheer energy got me hooked on your channel. I would love this playmat as a prize for my next tournament. Since I have two of yours already. Sacred Beasts and Dragoon of Red-Eyes. Prefer slow to fast pack openings. I could listen for hours for you hunting down a card. Stop stopping Sam! What are you doing? Keep going!

It seems like you’ve kind of strayed away from that recently. I was really looking forward to the gaia deck profile you were talking about. Was definitely hoping to see that one actually get done. Hopefully you still upload one! One thing I got to say it seems like recently you’ve kind of been dragging out the like, smash notification, subscribe: segment of your video a bit too long. I begun playing yugioh about 1 month ago but i was playing duel links before. I like it because of the nervwrecking and fast duels that i sometimes get to play. I started yugioh when it first came out!! I still have my old cards from back then. Hopefully they're worth something!! I stopped when I got older. I watched a couple of seasons throughout my years though to try and stay tuned to what's going on. I started back when my kids started liking it. Then I started to watch you and started getting into it more.
Definitely keep doing what you're doing 👌! I like all the deck profiles and pack openings that you do. The card sniff rages are super funny and the godly card pulls are hilarious! Also the people you say that are not subscribed is funny too!
Just got back into Yu Gi Oh after 10 years. I loved this so much as a kid and getting my deck back from that dusted drawer brought back all the good memories and reminded me of all the love I get from this. Just found out your channel, great job, keep it up bro.

I started Yugioh around 2005 and I just love collecting the cards and getting to play with some awesome art work. I love the Sacred Beast structure deck because I was playing Sacred beasts even before the structure deck came out, and this just gave a bunch of support. I love your enthusiasm in your videos and godly reactions to the cards that you pull.

My friend introduced me to yugioh when I was 7 and that's when I was watching yugioh gx daily on tv and when he showed me the elemental hero cards I went crazy and that's when i bought myself a structure deck, can't remember which one tho and that's when my yugioh journey started and I love the game because it's so iconic and exiting, I don't think theres anything bad with your channel, you helped me build my hero deck and i became a better player, your pack openings are always hype and I love it when you smell the cards lol, I would like you to make a shaddoll hero deck cuz im broke and can't afford the involved engine and I just love heroes, don't change bro keep up the content your making cuz it's already fire 🔥🔥

Man, I started playing yugioh back in 2002 when I was 11. My friends and I didn't know any better, we bought the SDY and SDK decks and normal summoned dark magician straight to the field without tributing just like the anime. Ended up learning the actual rules and quitting when union monsters were first introduced. Skip forward to 2019, did some black friday shopping with some friends and they decided to buy yugioh packs. They were telling me Dark neostorm was the newest set out so I bought 1 pack to test my luck. Pulled an Avramax and the addiction kicked in. My favorite thing about yugioh is hanging out with friends, playing, and the joy of opening a chase card.
I like your channel due to the explosive energy you have. You seem like a great, positive and genuine person which causes me to watch all your videos the day of upload.
Constructive criticism? Maybe show some love to some of the rogue decks no one really plays? Throw in a random Rikka, megalith, plunder patrol etc deck profile here and there. You could also do some casual or budget friendly deck profiles as well. I remember when I was a kid, my family didn't make that much money. I was always hesitant to ask my parents for money to buy decks/ packs, so maybe do some casual/budget friendly profiles the younger generation that's watching your channel can mimic and play with their friends.
All in alll, keep up the great work with the channel. You're doing a great job and there are plenty of people that enjoy your content. Ignore the haters and push on bro.
1) Started playing Yu-Gi-Oh as a kid when the game started. Walked away for a while and came back and got fairly competitive while still using casual decks.
2) Honestly I just love crazy fun moments with friends and the freedom to play casual decks and still see success both with friends and in tournaments.
3) Constructive criticism? Really just two for you Sam. First as a nitpick audio guy your sound could use some cleaning up. Also, with your deck profiles mate, be honest about what you're building. Team APS did it as a joke and you do have a point to an extent about playing the best cards, but if you're saying you're playing a Blue-Eyes deck, do a Blue-Eyes deck not another Crystron deck that uses less than ten Blue-Eyes cards. For the videos you want! I love your stuff regardless. But be honest about them is all

I started playing yu-gi-oh as a kid and got competitive in high school. I love the energy you bring and if I had any request it would be to see more plant decks. There is so many plant monsters and traps.
I started playing Yu-Gi-Oh in 2002 when I was 6 years old, I was the only kid in the playground that knew how to play by the actual rules but seeing my opponent summon the three god cards from his hand all in one turn made me laugh especially since slifer the sky dragon had no attack unless he had cards in his hand (which he didn't after sending the rest to the graveyard) 🤣, obelisk the tormentor had 4000 attack and the winged dragon of ra had ??? Attack, I used dark hole on his gods and there they all went 🤣 I felt like a bully to him for a moment but he became my first friend to play Yu-Gi-Oh with on the daily at school and till this day he's still my best friend :) , the main part that I like about your channel is your love for Yugioh and your dedication to it as well, you give us the latest and greatest updates on deck profiles of the current meta format that we could also implement in our decks too, the only dislike I may have with the channel is that I never see you give water monsters any love! I would like to see you make your own deck profile on a water deck (atlantean, mermail, rikka, crystron,gishki) ECT. If you ever make a true competitive water deck , you will be known as the one who changed the future for water decks to come! Just a suggestion 😃 hope to win that sacred beast playmat!

I actually started playing about a year now. I knew of Yu-go-oh when I was a kid and I loved watching the anime growing up. I got into the game because of my child hood best friend, we got together for the first time in a long time and he told me that he had been playing competitive Yu-gi-oh! I asked him to teach me and that same night we went to Walmart and bought some starter decks and from there on I loved the game. I started watching ur videos and I loved how much enthusiasm u put in the game! I enjoy ur deck profiles and the combos U show to those, like me, who are beginners! Thank u for all u do for the community man! Keep it up!

Also, I started Yugioh when I saw the Starter Deck Yugi and Kaiba at the mall. Then stopped, then learned how to play when HERO's started coming in with the GX era. At that point, me and my friends knew MST was the best negate.
Quit for a while, came back during the XYZ's era and been at it since with HERO's. Discovered the Absolute Zero/Acid combo on accident lol
For the channel, I say keep at it. The special effects and such were a good touch, keeps the visuals as explosive as you are, Sam. Personalized! I dig this.
What you SHOULD do that'd be cool? Get some commissioned art of yourself in the Yugioh style, or make yourself into your favorite HERO , that'd be sick

I started playing YuGiOh 10-15 years ago. My parents didn’t have a lot of money when I was younger so I didn’t have a lot of nice cards but as I got older and got a job, I made sure I collected all my favorites. I like this channel because it’s always great to see a different person’s views on YuGiOh and you have awesome content. You might have already done it but the audience would love to see an updated video on your main collection. Keep doin your thing dude. Make that money.
Im just getting into yugioh card collecting and your videos have helped me exponentially as far as getting decks set up
I started playing yugioh I wanna say around 2010 or 2011 (i dont really remember i know it was during the synchro era no xyz yet) when i was a wee lad and couldnt make viable decks since i was very inexperienced and ultimately gave up yugioh after losing first matches at local tournaments and just losing interest. Then in the Fall of 2019 i got back into it after joining a group at a college i study at and seeing them playing cards wanted me to get back into Yugiog and im so glad I got back into yugioh. Now im considered to be one of the top duelists within the group and after some time started working on multiple deck profiles (literally like 70+).
I love yugioh for how the way the game has evolved into what we have now and how their is many viable strategies and fun decks + archetypes to use. I also love how yugioh allowed me to think critically in deck building and learning the ins and outs of each deck and the opponents. im anxious to see what yugioh has in store for the future
