Many people think they're great at interviewing and are not...this video is full of excellent tips and strategies for improving interview skills, I will definitely be sharing it. One tip I can share is to be aware, as an interviewer, that you will have an initial bias and your job is to prove or disprove that first impression. If you think they're amazing, find a path to identifying their weak points, as an example.
Many people know how to caliber aptitude but not attitude. I think if person is more open to learn new things and hardwiring nature then he is better than top Univ guys.
