They cut a lot out of that arc, for example the tickler was viewed as “inappropriate” so they got rid of him, but then that affected the things sandy learned from that battle, so in the end if you see her use something you’ve never seen before, it’s probably due to the tickler being scrapped

My favorite arc is when plankton gets the secret formula and unlocks his full power and defeats all the krusty warriors, but squidward turns back good and sacrifices himself to defeat plankton and saves bikini bottom.
SPOILERS Doodlebob taking on Sandy and Larry at the same time was the best fight since Squidward and Squillium's final showdown. Can't wait to see this animated!
i was expecting them to not do doodlebobs arc because it involved so much 4th wall manipulation that only really made sense in a manga. i don't know if they'll have the creativity to make it work in an anime but i have high expectations.

Though I guess you may be biased because the Dutchman is more of a comedic-villian character than a serious one, and that's fine. Arcata GB Squidward goes from rival/sort of friend to full on villain to fully friend again. All of these character arcs he had were perfectly executed, well paced and it made complete sense for him to make the choices he did - even the betrayal, which I see some people complaining about. If that’s not the best character development in the series, then I don’t know what is.

That's because the villains who were hired by Plankton, as you said, are mostly green. However, Doodlebob is the manifestation of Spongebob's negativity, and as such, has no green color, but rather black and white to show that he is negative.
I heard the first 2 seconds and almost started crying. Given is the first anime to make me so emotional and hearing Fuyu No Hanashi again is just hitting me hard. The song gives me chills every single time I've heard it.

The Hashslinging Slasher arc was phenomenal in the manga, and it introduced the side character Nosferatu, who is severely underrated. I hope the anime will do this story arc justice.
Okay I’m just gonna say it. The hashslinging slasher arc was the most overrated arc in the anime. You can tell that the animators really didn’t try considering the entire thing was set in one building. MY GOD the sponge bob squidward filler was so unnecessary as well.

I personally enjoy the spin-off series that focuses on Plankton, obsessed with finding the Krabby Patty Secret Formula so he can get Karen's body back. Especially when it's revealed what the secret ingredient is, hits you right in the feels.

I genuinely enjoyed the "Hibernation Sandy" arc, because it showed that even with Spongebob and Patrick combined, they couldn't handle the full power of Sandy's awakened form after hibernation. Too bad they never showed that form in later episodes tho...it could've been useful to defeat Squidward in the last episode.

Ah. Who remembers the mini arc where we learned Larry put down his claws after accidentally killing a friend, so Mermaid Man goaded him into a battle to rekindle his love of fighting? Best moment was when the dirty bubble showed up after the fight to end them both while weakened and Larry one-shotted him.
It's truely amazing how he improved his animating trough the intros and I think he's really an example for the quote"You can become better with a lot of practice".
Far out, I just realised the reason why it ended with the pizza. Everyone would remember it for the memes and the funny song, but if I’m not wrong, that episode was basically the first time we ever see Squidward treat our boi spongebob like a true friend. We see squidward being compassionate to spongebob after the customers harsh response, and even going so far as to stand up for him. And this can be said to be the beginning of their true friendship I’m 19 and this is deep

The hashslinging slasher arc was the most overrated arc in the anime. You can tell that the animators really didn’t try considering the entire thing was set in one building. MY GOD the sponge bob squidward filler was so unnecessary as well.

I personally enjoy the spin-off series that focuses on Plankton, obsessed with finding the Krabby Patty Secret Formula so he can get Karen's body back. Especially when it's revealed what the secret ingredient is, hits you right in the feels.

I like how well they did the, Hash slinging slasher arc so much character depth!
This is my favorite anime for two reasons only, the fact that they made a shounen action anime where the main character is a sea sponge and somehow gave it such a beautiful message, and also the epic fights
I genuinely enjoyed the "Hibernation Sandy" arc, because it showed that even with Spongebob and Patrick combined, they couldn't handle the full power of Sandy's awakened form after hibernation. Too bad they never showed that form in later episodes tho...it could've been useful to defeat Squidward in the last episode.

Best moment was when the dirty bubble showed up after the fight to end them both while weakened and Larry one-shotted him.

It's truely amazing how he improved his animating trough the intros and I think he's really an example for the quote"You can become better with a lot of practice".
Far out, I just realised the reason why it ended with the pizza. Everyone would remember it for the memes and the funny song, but if I’m not wrong, that episode was basically the first time we ever see Squidward treat our boi spongebob like a true friend. We see squidward being compassionate to spongebob after the customers harsh response, and even going so far as to stand up for him. And this can be said to be the beginning of their true friendship
