For T-Cam I'm pretty sure if you cycle through the camera modes (to whatever you have it bound to, or just hit F1 on keyboard), you can get to it. You can also get some alternate angles by hitting F6.

1) In Rosbergs video, the finish line is at the same place. 2) AC is in no means 100% realistic, it is only an imitation. In the same way, if someone in F1 2020 went faster than IRL, is it fishy? 3) I spent time developing a setup that works with the track, while Nico hopped on and just did a few laps. In the same way, if Jarno Opmeer is 10 seconds faster than say Alex Albon on F1 2020, you wouldn't say anything would you.

It's the same for me! I haven't steering wheel so I play Assetto Corsa with Up Down Right Left arrows. It's so difficult to make a good lap, but I made a lap in 1:39 and after this video in 1:31:161!!
It's not actually hard tyres, the setup shows the softest tyre. I'm not too sure why it visually shows the white walled hard tyres, but just know that these are the softest tyres.

The curbs look different to the version of Imola I was playing, is this track modded?
I have Content Manager, which updates track configs and LUAs to make it realistic. Its probably one of those that make the curbs look different.
