That’s so sweet to see you look up to people. Because most of us definitely feel that way about you. ❤ The slim, sleek nails you create was the first reason why I started following you!!! You’re amazing, Anastasia!
Thank you so much 🥰
I've been a tech since 04 as well. I work in the legal field now, but still book clients in my off time. Soft gel extensions changed the game! I use builder with them as well and have never experienced lifting with clients. Chefs kiss!
I love that you always talk about the consistency of the products. My biggest fails have been when I choose something too runny or stiff for what I’m trying to do.
Your nail designs never fail to amaze us!! You are so talented!! I love your work! ❤😇💖
You look amazing in that yellow top you have on in the beginning 💛love your content, love your work
Thank you ! 😘
I'm learning so much from this platform. I've settled on Modelone as the brand I want to use. I purchased the first products to do my own nails from TEMU. And while I know there's some good nail products on there the ones I purchased were troublesome. So I'm waiting on the Modelone dehydrator, primer, base and top coat. A Modelone solid nail polish palette. I'm also getting a solid nail adhesive from another brand on Amazon. TEMU has nail drills for $8 and above and I don't want to purchase those when I will probably need to upgrade immediately. I don't know what brand has great nail drills. But hopefully as I watch your content I will get some ideas.
What did you use to glue the tips? Great video!!!
Hiii! I just wanna say that I love your channel so so much and it is so helpful to me!! Thank you so much for taking time out of your day to make these videos for us!! ❤❤❤
Thank you ! 😘
This may be in another video, but what was used to apply the tips? There was a gel base coat, that got cured, then the tips were applied. Did you use glue? Or another coat of the base coat?
This is what I'm trying to figure out as well!
It looks like she used builder gel , I do the same with my gel extensions, I noticed she just puts it on the nail bed then press the extensions . Some people do it the other way by putting the gel builder on the inside of the extensions then pressing them into your nail beds follow by curing it.
These nails look absolutely gorgeous.
Thanks for sharing your tips and tricks 😍 have you ever experienced the soft gel tip lifting from the gel? How do you fix this?
I'm trying to figure this out too. I've used curable nail glue, biob, polygel and all my gel tips pop off like dual forms. I usually revert back to the "super glue" type glues after they come off. Very frustrating. 😡
Try to matte them with buffer or drill. I had similar problem with top and it was because there was no adhesive points on tips, because they are totally flat and too smooth.
Your work, attention to detail & genuine care for your clients is beautiful 💐💐 thank you so much for all of the education and help you provide x
What’s the name of these tips used? They looked so soft and flexible when applied. Beautifully done!
Beautiful nail's as always Anastasia I really love the nail art you did on these and those Modelones gel polishes look beautiful and creamy...thankyou for sharing xo 💜💅💜
Thank you Terri-Anne ! 😘
Only just found you….beautiful nails. Thank you for sharing 🌼 💅🏼💖
Thank you as always 💜💜
Hi! Did you also use builder gel to adhere the extensions to the natural nails? I didn’t hear you mention exactly what you used😊
Ok...Im feeling brave enough now to try the tip application with the builder gel at the margin. Thank you! 😊
☺️
I just bought a modelones builder gel the other day and it's the perfect consistency, I highly recommend it!
The tub or the polish one?
@@yatyat2791 the builder in a bottle
OMG these colors are amazing ❤ 9:16
What brand tips did you use?
Your videos helped me sooooo much . I hope someday I could work with you 😍 that would be a dream . I admire you so much
I'll definitely try this technique. I'm having a hard time blending soft gel ext, You made this look much simpler using builder gel
Oh my goodness, i never realized thats how the forward and reverse works for the drill now 😅 oops, thank you for teach that!
Love your vids. Did you say u you used base coat to adhere the soft gel nails?
I love your style so much! I want to find a yellow top like that. Absolutely love your work too. Huge fan/supporter for years ❤ I hope you’re staying safe. Much love and respect from VA, USA ❤❤❤
😘
Your so sweet and pretty!❤
Thank you ! 😘
Beautiful work! What a stunning set!
Before almond tip what have u use is it stick on base coat?
Wow forward and reverse. I thought my drill was fast mode and lottle bit slower mode 😂 makes sense now
This set is stunning! Thank you for sharing. 🧡
Such a creative gorgeous design, one of your best! ❤️
I’m excited to try your technique of puting the tips slightly away from the cuticle area. Do you file the underside of the nail tip before you attach it to the natural nail?
It depends on the tips , if they’re matte inside - I don’t , if glossy - I use tip primer or buff the underside
Pretty set! Modelones has great products.
You look gorgeous
I have just verified to buy it and in Canada it is $55 ! What a difference 😮
😲
Love it you are the best!
I liked it. Well done Anastasia 💯
Thank you ! 😘
Beautiful!
That’s beautiful
Gorgeous
Beautiful as always ❤❤❤❤
I also have problems with product lifting, so next time I'll try your advice with filling gap with gel. Let's hope it'll help 🙈
i love this tutorial, i’ve seen lots of people efile the cuticle area after applying the soft gel tips but i have super tiny nail beds & i often get cuts trying to do that or when others have in the past, so i’ll definitely be trying this method instead. Thanks for the help!
Do you use a liquid agent when applying the builder gel to let the brush move freely and not stick up in the brush like regular acrylic that has a liquid to use to apply to the nail?
I couldn't tell: did you apply the tips with base coat or with the builder gel?
Wow...it's awesome 😲
It looks beautiful 🤩
Very nice design.
Hi Anastasia, can I use the builder gel for the whole nail (when using gel tip) to make it stronger ? Sometimes mine break at the tip of the nail, cause they are so thin. xx
Very pretty set!
❤️
Question- when buying soft gel full coverage “press-on” nails, how do you measure your nails (especially the thumb) to make sure you get a full coverage before buying the nails.
I’m finding the thumb is my hardest nail to find the right size.
I’ve measured my thumb nail bed in centimetres at the top to be cost to 14.5 to 15mm.
Is that considered extra wide to another person’s size.?
I cut a strip of paper and layered it a across my thumb from side wall to side wall and measured it on a ruler.
Do other people have this issue.?
This is so gorgeous ❤
I've been doing Soft gel nails for almost 2 years now and I am just now getting comfortable with the electric file to take off polish. Well, not comfortable, but confident I won't gauge my natural nails. It seems you effortlessly take off the polish with even strokes! I am trying to figure out what I am doing wrong as when I use my file it takes several strokes to get the polish off and then when I do, the layers just don't come off evenly. It seems like I will get faint streaks of color and keep going and then I take off too much and ruin the full cover tip. I work so hard all to end up soaking them off and putting on a fresh set becauseover half of them are too thin... Any tips and advice would be so helpful! Thank you and I hope you and your family are doing well, blessings to you all❤
Tell me ma'am Soft gel dry uv lamb timing plz...60 sec or 30 sec
I have found that rounded off stilettos make much nicer almonds than almond tips. Most of the many I’ve tried are flat for some reason! The new Modelones medium almonds are AWFUL, at least for me. I don’t have a heavy natural c-curve, probably average, and wow are they flat.
I prefer stiletto tips more too when I want to have long almonds 😊
What tips did you use and what base gel? The links don’t show these products
did you use base gel as glue in this video?
❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️
Hi, what do you do when the nail art it's raised? Do you buff it?
Hi which nail bit is it?
what nail lamp do you recommend with soft gel extensions?
i just started with this system from another brand, but when i press it down (i use polygel to secure them) the cuticle lifts up from my nail, and the tips don't match my sidewalls (to high) or maybe it need a size up, so maybe i'll try this to see if it fits better then, but they are still on after a week, so not bad at all and way quicker then polygel over the whole nail, have to give up my real nails but they all grow downwards so a win win i guess 😁
I’m between sizes on some fingers, and my cuticle shape is a lot more rounded than the product’s. I can make it work by choosing the closest size, but I get MUCH better results if I choose the larger size and file the sides to fit and the cuticle edge to match the shape. The difference is really noticeable after about a week of growth.
@@NadiraJamal thank you , i will try this on my other nails!
Can I purchase the product?
Anastasia what do you think of the Gelish Soft Gel nail system?
No you can’t answer?
I dont understand :( tried out Modelones gel polish for the first tile, nude colors. I had to apply 3 coats and that was stil patchy. Thinking of selling them 😢. They look so good and easy to apply in the video
Maybe it was one of the old collections?
I too love Modelones. I have more of their products than any other brand. Curiously, have you ever tried Venalisa? I have their HEMA free set and truly, ONE coat is all that's necessary. So thick (in a good way) and cures beautifully. Gorgeous colors too. The matte topcoat is one of the best I've used also, SO matte, and the tempered top is pretty much the only one I use now. It is iron strong.
those are just plastic tips the aren't made of soft gel
Gorgeous
