Its special grout, pad is a tar sheet

@@Goldinton I looked it up. I googled steel column grout. As for the tar pad guess it’s just a pad with the bolt pattern cut in. Thanks for the fast response.

Yap... i think different regions of the world different brands for this, roughly its all ground with very high compressive strength
