I think the ultimate streetfood in terms of not making a mess is probably South Korea's UFO Burger. They found a way to create a burger where the bun completely seals in all the other ingredients, creating a burger that is never going to have sauce or toppings calling out the back or sides. It's a very westernized street food instead of something authentic to South Korea, but it's still really cool seeing how they innovated on your basic burger.

My grandmother is from Peru and I can assure you, they all like their lime with their seafood. I didn't know until high-school that most people don't have lime to tuna or make lemonade but with lime instead. Yet I'm also half white but my mom adapted pretty quick.
When he was explaining how he thinks the rest of the world has caught up on making pizza I cringed so hard... Not all of Italy actually knows how to make a good pizza... The best place to go for pizza in Italy is Napoli, the birthplace of pizza. That's where you can find pizza Napoletana, the best pizza bar none.
But you can find decent Napoli style pizza in most places in Italy. Also Sicily makes great pizza, it's just less runny in the middle. Americans think they have good pizza but the ones I've seen are just way too thick with disgusting looking cheeses. For anyone interested I'd recommend watching the vids from a channel called 'Alex' about pizza. Although he's french he really does manage to replicate the perfect Napoli style pizza.

one time my mom sent me in to store to get the groceries since her back was in alot of pain. She told me I could get a treat for myself, so I found a package of octopus for only 8$ and I was very curious since I had never had it. Me being the aspiring chef, took it home and cooked it myself. It was amazing, and I even gave a little bit to my siblings to try and they loved it

Ohh, i just love raided a bunch of peeps and just now saw this... time to stay up eeeeven later XD
8:15 man explains food wars in 10 seconds
I shall continue to hold the opinion that Korea has the best street food overall
That’s why it’s an opinion. Because if it were based on fact, you’d be wrong. India and Mexico slam no difficulty.
Enjoyed the "WOMEN!" intro. About time someone appreciated the women who watch these videos for once. 💚 Next time do it on a gaming vid tho lol
Rate you're own sandwich making skills
@@Juhg. AHAHAHA
@@Juhg. your*

I'm pretty sure when he says bois, he refers to everyone who is watching, and not just the boys watching
Thank you Ludwig for making me feel seen with your intro today lol
I haven't heard of balut before but seeing lud go right to frying live shrimp directly after it was kind of hilarious
Really blue balled me with that intro
ngl there's plenty better indian street food that coulda been chosen but india is a big place with lots of food variety so ig thats fair
Yeah i was likeyou choose this
Ludwig, you live in California. How have you never had let alone even heard of street corn (elote) before? I’m obsessed.
they had to get elote when they did the scavenger hunt at shit camp, and if i'm remembering right ludwig was the one on his team who actually went and bought the elote lol
As a dane i actually died watching this it hurt so much saying this shit about the best food when lud hasnt even tried it lol. The worst part wasnt even what he said about the food it was that he thought we use euro
Hahahaha
5:58 Which is tasty af, we also have that in Brazil but instead we use salt and butter.
7:13 We also have that but the use a more consistent, bigger and with whatever you want on the inside, you can have chocolate, condensed milk or whatever.
6:55 actually rattitouie'd my ass, I am like a J and 4 bowls deep imagining what you're describing and I bite the air. WHAT the fuck, you hit every sensory path in my brain
lmao
I was about to say my usual “BOYS” with Ludwig in the beginning, to hear “WOMEN” instead. Thank you for supporting the Wamen community Lud.
I was about to say BOIS but that was unexpected
0:43 well that's unfortunate , I'm sorry for existing :(
Ludwig not knowing what balut is was such a wild concept for me to wrap my head around
"they could make a game out of this food"
It's called Cooking Mama
My mom was having balut once and she wanted to heat it up. So she put in the microwave but forgot about it. So there was just baby duck embryo splatter in my microwave.
she knows how to get a chick hot and bothered (im very sorry in advanced)
almost any dish that involves rice, squid, and anything spicy is an immediate SS+Tier for me
Me: Starting this video just getting braces and can’t eat anything because my mouth will *die* if I do.
Lud: Don’t watch this video if you are hungry, I’m warning you.
Also Me: AHHHHHH
LMAO I TOTALLY GET UR REACTION TO THE FILIPINO ONE BAHAHA IM FILIPINO BUT EVEB IM SCARED OF IT😭
"OMG Ludwig is not inclusive and so misogynistic!!"
Ludwig: 0:02
Women on a cooking video 👀
Well food video, it's made me much hungry
@@sprigganpanda lmao didn't even catch that 😂
one time my mom sent me in to store to get the groceries since her back was in alot of pain. She told me I could get a treat for myself, so I found a package of octopus for only 8$ and I was very curious since I had never had it. Me being the aspiring chef, took it home and cooked it myself. It was amazing, and I even gave a little bit to my siblings to try and they loved it
Sometimes I'll go online and just watch compilations of street food vendors cooking their amazing food. Takoyaki is one of those I could watch for hours and I really wanna try it but octopus is few and far between where I live.
Mr. Lud I own a pizza spot and we make 30 inch pizzas on the daily, its not as hard as it seems tbh. MatPat has even came into to eat at my place once
hello guys and welcome to food theory, today I am here to unravel the pizza dough masters darkest secrets
