I am looking for something to help me open a trash container hands free..... not sure if this would open the drawer far enough. I have seen push open drawers where you push on your drawer and it automatically opens

Thanks so much for giving us the info you can. I’m not sure how haefele stays in business when their products are so vaguely described. Thank goodness they don’t make airplane parts. I’m curious if the cabinet frame makes a difference with this pedal? Does this only work on European style 3/4” frameless cabinets or can it also work on an American style 1.5” face framed cabinet. Hoping someone can answer in the comments. Thanks again!
