    This was really helpful since I'm very sceptical of AMRAPs as a strength progress proxy since I'm of the understanding that it's way more fattigueing and stressful compared to a single @ RPE 8 which in turn is also a lot more specific and useful for powerlifters who compete at singles

    How are fatigue, the stress index, and RPE related? Or are they? I'm sure they affect each other, but I guess they can be independent of each other, too.
