Started watching the show after I saw this video uploaded and I just went back to watch your first episode reaction. It really brings some feelings that I'd get from watching The Goonies you know? And I like that! 80's feel indeed.
I've watched other reaction series to this show and I've seen mostly people talking over key parts. It's refreshing to see these guys actually watching and having authentic reactions to the show.
I love going back and hearing people's first time reactions to great shows/movies, always fun seeing people try and figure this show out! There are legitimate complaints that can be made about some of the seasons, but overall the writers did an amazing job of setting up and paying off these stories.
I like the speculation part when Shane has already watched all of it, i watched the first episode of Stranger Things last week, and i started speculating things to a friend of Mine that had already watched it, so he was like, 'KEN U PLS STAPH DIS I NO WATZ GOIN ONN' LOL.
I see similarities in the story telling if this with a UK detective drama called Broadchurch. Every episode convinces you that a particular person is involved but at some point in the series, they will do the slightest thing or say something that rules them out completely. I feel like thats the best kind of writing for a mystery, keeping the audience I'm the dark but convincing them that they've worked it out. Keep up the good work guys, this is some good shit. (P.S. You should carry om with Preacher, it gets better after the pilot)
