Great vid and nice to hear something good about Panerai I have a Luminor Marina and love it , I have a large wrist and it fits just perfectly, keep up your great work and excellent videos
Hey! I Just discovered your channel and I already have a question: Why are there so little reviews of the orient 3 star series? I've read in forums that they are not bad, but for some reason RUclips is keeping silent about them. So you have any experience with them and if yes, what is your opinion? From what I understand they are kind of Seiko 5, but "orient". Thank you in advance!
Hi and welcome to the channel. I don't have experience with the 3 star model, but an Orient STI II was my first mechanical watch I bought and had it for 6 years, LOVED IT!! I guess people just get a Seiko 5 instead, but I would like to check these out if I get a chance
I don't have experience with their mechanical watches, but I can check them out. I did own a quartz fossil years and years ago and it was a good tough watch that sadly got destroyed after an incompetent battery replacement
@@WatchGeek a greatly appreciate your work I was basically looking for a better mechanical watch in a budget I found fossil makes few so just wanted to know are they worth the buy..
Watch Geek expensive and too big for my wrist size and OP is dying with almost the same case in different materials and no innovation. The only worth pieces are around $40K usd. Really? I would prefer a Grand Seiko all the way. Thank you !! I still a fan of your channel. 🙏🏻
it comes only natural to ask: why the hell not the PAM 574, then?! it's 42mm it has the 1940 case, so no wire lugs it's thin (particularly for a panerai) latest gen in-house manual wind movement with 3 days of power display back other than the usual overpricedeness (new word? :P), the only drawbacks i can think of are the fugly stock green strap and the subpar 100m WR... which honestly in the end doesn't mean much if you're not a pro diver... and in that case you wouldn't be diving at those depths with a Radiomir anyway, right? :) that, or the 1392, which is the latest gen of the 42mm Luminor... i'm not a big fan 'cause i don't like the Luminor 1950 case (it loses a lot of that over-the-top manly masculinity) and 100wr for a 13mm thick Luminor seems kinda stupid (yes, even though i'd never get to use even half of it... but it's a goddamned manly Luminor! :)), and that blue seconds hand bugs me a bit, but still... a nice 42mm not overly thick Luminor with a good in-house automatic and a display back... a pity about those prices :/
It looks perfectly well on your wrist, you pull it off fine.
I’ve always been a Luminor guy, having owned four. I’ve also had a 210 and 380, and find the Rads are far more comfortable on the wrist.
It's one of my favorite looks regardless of price. Yes, the movement is not ideal. The cushion case and wire lugs are what I like. 👌
I have one very accurate, movement seems ok to me.
@@31hallite Thsts good to hear. 👌
Another great video. I'm broke as s**t but I'll be forever fascinated by mechanical watches!
Brapa harga jam radio mil bleck seal
There's something about the brand I've liked for a long time. I love the designs but the prices are a little steep.

Thanks 😊👍
Looks pretty good (especially that lume)! But can I ask (a dumb question) how do you change straps🤔
Cheers and nice review 👍🍻
You uncrew the little screws on the caseback and then you can pull the lugs out
Watch Geek ahh cool (will have to watch again and have a closer look) thanks 👍

Because Orients garbage
Thanks for the video. I’ve always liked Panerai but they’re priced too high. At least this model is somewhat attainable.
Just a request that can you make a vedio on fossil mechanical watches, quality etc

How much is for this entry model? Great vid, ty ❗️👨🏼💻
3500 -5000 USD

Great video, may I ask how you achieve the close ups? (Camera/lens)
Panasonic Lumix G85 + Olympus Zuiko Digital 60mm Macro
@@WatchGeek thanks, keep the good videos.
Respect for admitting a piece is too big. Panerai gets ribbed unfairly for being too large, mainly because it’s extremely popular in the Asian market
Cool !
Careful when you purchase wired lugs Panerai, those screws and the lugs can break with enough pressure
Cool
i guess i'm still back in the day , because i really don't like this type of watches :)
Panerai can make incredible stuff, but, 99 percent of their watches are way overpriced and overiszed
Well rolex watches are way overpriced and shiny. :)
Same as omega
Rolex and Omega look the same panerai are so different
