Six years in and Farhan still has no short- or long-term plan.
Even though Lee is injured when he's there he's fun
Love the part at 15:09 and it's a great point. Giants will have monopoly on Northern California for the foreseeable future. I'm not sure how ownership think it might go if they take their foot off the pedal, but I think that it would backfire spectacularly. Twenty years from now the kid growing up in the East Bay who could of been a Giants fan, will probably be wearing Dodger Blue. 49ers and Warriors have shown it's not only about winning in the Bay, but how you win. They can't seem to figure out either.
Put Matos in left, put Ramos in right, and Fitzgerald in center until Lee gets back. Bring Black back and send Winn down. Put Rodriguez in high leverage pitching spots not Rogers. Keep Sabol as the number 2 he's improving and can HIT
Nothing better than the Giants getting crushed in those clown outfits that Larry Baer and the marketing team comes up with. How many alternate jerseys does the team have? These are the dog and pony shows they dream up to distract the rubes and the soft and fuzzies.
Farhan has failed to build a great farm system, he’s failed to sign enough big league talent. The team has no direction. Why was he given an extension?
The exciting players are hobbled. Rookie player Fitzgerald is exciting but because he's made a few rookie mistakes he's on the bench.😊
Jung Hoo Lee the only player that is exciting right now
I know that pro sports is a business, but this org is being run TOO MUCH like a business. Someone at or near the top needs to be a real FAN.
