4:27 - you can go to the node that repeats and under "Tiling Mode" Set it to "Absolute" -> "No Tiling", no need to work around the bleed when disabling the tiling
Hey, amazing video. Where can I find the tutorial where you make the cracks for the bricks? I'm really interested in learning more about how to create trim sheets in designer, is such powerful software, I use to make all these details in Zbrush, but having your way is way more efficient, although you need to know how to achieve that quality of details. Another question, once you finish your trim sheets, do you import it in substance painter for the texture part? If so how do you do it? Do you just import the output maps from designer?
Did you know how i can import to 3Dsmax ? asl material is allways look flat to me but idk how to do or did i just need to put it on a plane on Substance Painter?
This channel is low-key good and not really promoted a lot. I would say have this advertised a bit in communities
That tip with downsampling the Slope Blur node to get more medium frequency destruction is pure gold! Overall very educational. Thanks a lot.
The most valuable Substance Designer resource out there! Thanks Javier!
I absolutely love these videos. Wish they were put in a Playlist for ease of viewing, *wink, wink, nudge, nudge*
Great work NVIDIA Studio, much appreciated!
I'm no noob with nodes, but man I had to rewind this more times than I'd like to admit.
Thank you Javier and Nvidia for supporting us with this valuable and well executed tutorial. Much appreciated!
