If it is piping and cannot boolean, it will be seam issue. you can move each of them a little and boolean one by one.

@@PJChenJewelryDesign Thank you, that fixed the problem. To be honest, I mostly use Rhino 7 for the multipipe command. I still mostly use the "traditional" Rhino so I wanted to do this old style as well.
