Really like the video. Going back to level one. How would the client get the bot on their system? Do they need to subscribe to GHL as a customer? Also how do you integrate the clients calendar for example if the client was a chiropractor? Please forgive the questions as I’m a newbie at this!
You can plug the bot in to their phone number to work via sms if they already have a website. If you've built a website for them thru ghl, then you can add the website chatbot too.
Hey Connor, great video. Curious if instead of exiting GHL once all questions have been answered, have you tried sending the contact into a booking bot workflow? Now I'm curious so I will attemt to answer this myself. Thanks for the inspiration.
Hey Marcus, good question. Yes you could definitely send them to a new workflow at the end. Or build out the booking bot portion within the same workflow.
Connor, great video. May I ask, what tool did you use to customize your GHL dashboard look and feel. I know it is not critically important for clients but I've got this nagging feeling to customize it a bit to look more in sync with my brand but I don't want to spend big bucks on this 'form over function' thing.
You can just train it in the conversational ai tab! That would be a simpler version. If you want to get more detailed with it then you can build out a workflow :)
Hey Connor, when setting up appointment booking, is there a way to select all my calendars for the bot to check the availability from? I have a spa client who offers multiple services so they have multiple calendars
Sort of. You can make a workflow that will send your leads a group calendar booking link that will check across calendars in that group. But the bot as of right now cannot check multiple /: frustrating but I suspect they’ll update this soon. Lots of people are requesting this.
Hey connor alder can i ask you a question . If I want to repeat sms reminder in the appointment how i can do it ? like we have a 9 session of yoga in a month . how i can repeat the sms of all these session ??
Hey, if you want to send repeat sms reminders for yoga sessions, you make a similar workflow as this one but use the wait function and have it wait until “X” days before the appointment. Does that help?
Hmm I use it for local businesses where time zone is always the same for client and customer.. But you could set up the bot to always ask the lead what time zone they're in? Or even just let the lead know what time zone you'll be BOOKING in and let them know they need to make the change. Is it for e-commerce?
@@ConnorAlder I actually spoke to HighLevel support and apparently the AI Bot simply can't handle timezones. Which is a big shortfall in functionality in my opinion. Does ZappyChat have that capability at least?
why does my appointment setter ai bot offer slots to a client when the slots are not available, there has been a few times it has continuously done that to the same lead.
Hmm that's weird. I would check that the AI bot is configured to look at the correct GHL calendar on the back end? lmk if you would like help setting that up

Great vid bro, I just closed my first two clients and have a strong background in e-commerce, I'd love to connect and see how we could work!
Congrats! Shoot me a dm on Facebook. facebook.com/connor.alder.3
Love these tips!
Thank you!

I actually didn't do any customization! Just added my own logo in the business settings tab
My question, so if we trained and setup in Conversional AI tab, would it be enough or we need to build a workflow to make the bot active?

@@ConnorAlder that's so kind of you
Is it possible to get the bot to check their time zone and apply it to the contact? I've not managed to achieve that yet

How can i have GHL call and qualify them with AI voice questions?
There are apps on the GHL marketplace to provide AI voice. Check out Synthflow.ai
