I watched my son play this all the way through. He passed away two years ago. When the long arm grabbed you in the hall I can remember yelling “shoot it! This is similar to my playthroughs of this game, on New Game+, on Hard difficulty on the old game. I explored every nook and cranny of the ship, the Valor, and the colony for as much loot and supplies as I could find, to include the Peng treasure for more credits [all logs collected and everything else], while doing my best to upgrade the best suit in the game [as featured in this walkthrough] and my lineup of weapons: Plasma Cutter, Pulse Rifle, Line Gun, and Force Gun for crowd control. All fully upgraded with extra nodes for locked doors. Great job! Will be playing this remake soon. Nostalgia!
You need to use security clearance to open the locked doors level 2, 3 and master overide and level 2, 3 lockersyou will need to backtrack if you want all of them but this is fine you will do great
first time ive ever watched someone play one of my favorite childhood/early teen horror games and enjoy it. watched the entire 6 hrs and and u even finessed the game without taking damage? this became more like a movie than a game because of this and its pretty impressive

This might be a little late for a comment, but here goes anyway. I've started to get into Dead Space recently, and with Roanoke's 6-hour video to digest, this is also a gem for me to watch. I did not skip each second of the gameplay (mostly because I wanted insights and tips so I wouldn't get smushed by a brute). Your skills are outright precise and calculated, I wouldn't guarantee to stay cool-headed all the time. Once again, I enjoyed this session, and I'll definitely revisit and refer back for more insight when I play this game!
This game came out on my 17th birthday. My most anticipated games of all time, and it didn't disappoint. If they ever do get to making the Dead Space 2 Remake, if they do, that'll be my contender for "Best Game Ever" award in my book.

Impossible difficulty is similar to hard, but autosaves are disabled and you only get one life. If you die you either start from the beginning or continue playing on hard. You can tank a few hits and upgrade your health bar

It appears the marker is using what ever it can manage, including a hallucinations of your dead lover, to get it's self back to where it feels it belongs
What we can learn from this is, that aside from a fire suppression/extinguishing system, there should also be a biological supression/extinguishing system on a station. Including the vents. Not just a quarantine, though that too should include the vents. Or simply by making the vents too small for a human sized thing to pass thru.

How do you unlock impossible for new game+, I completed new game+ on hard and it still don't give me that option?
You have to complete it first on fresh save slot
I never bother with alternative skins, they never show upgrades on the rig.
