Ironically after I left them to now go the shortline career route, they recently got in trouble with the FRA regarding the training down in McDonough.

I might have missed it, but what type of locomotive is that? Looks like a rebuild of perhaps a GP-38, but is it a genset (or have those gone the way of the dodo) or just a chop-job on a standard diesel-electric?
Gp16 rebuild, does look like a Genset.
