  • In this podcast I talk about how to manage being the “villain” in someone else’s story. It is impossible to always be the “good guy” in life. You may not see yourself as the villain, but someone else might. This is often the case with people you have had a more intense relationship with, which may have ended badly, or is in the process of ending. It can be incredibly frustrating process, and hard to deal with, especially if it’s a close friend or family member.

Embrace your Villan Era because it does not define who you are. Love it!!

Life is too short to be dancing to the tune of narcissists and users. Ive embraced my villain role fully and I just go about my life without worrying about what these users and abusers think and say.
Its liberating and saves time while providing feedback on who is true and who is false toward me.
PS. I do not attempt to be a bad person. I just stand my ground on my boundaries

I always love listening to and learning about the brain - in particular the way our circumstances create our initial thought processing. How these thoughts produce feelings. The feelings generate actions and then the actions create the results. As Dr. Caroline Leaf explains and has been doing so in her work, the amazing connections created in our physical brain. Neuroplasticity. Today for some reason it just clicked deeper realizing that our negative thoughts or pondering actually create a 'thicker' brain, it grows tissue and within this 'negative' tissue, the 'bad parts' circulate, thus creating chaos within the body. How the emotional and mental literally manifests into the physical. Very much the same with 'The Body Keeps the Score' book by Bessel van der Kolk M.D. How trauma gets stored in the cells of our bodies. Thank you Dr. Caroline Leaf for always explaining it in a very simplistic manner without the higher medical terminology or jargon which many of us don't always easily grasp.

Does this apply to a mutual friend of my husband and I who does not believe that he had laid hands on me?
