reaction channels aren't for everyone, but y'all do things in a way that I enjoy: stopping the video and talking about it and adding content or context
I hate when people complain about reactors pausing the video and talk about the video or a topic similar or in relation to the video "WhY dO yOu GuYs PaUsE tHe ViDeOs?" Because if they don't then it's just them watching the video without adding anything to it and that's just blatant stealing like what SSSniperwolf does or what Jinx USED to do, another great reaction channel is BlindWave they have a similar format but they do shows and movies instead of YT videos however they usually save they're thoughts and opinions after the movie or show episode is over but they don't just sit and watch the whole show or movie, like what SuzyLu did they cut it up into chunks and provide commentary (which does fall under fair use)
Leafy getting banned was inevitable. Even if it was kinda awkward when it did finally happen

One thing I discovered through the Trash Taste Podcast was that Leafy ended up showcasing one of Sydsnap's old vids, one that had her playing up cringe weeb stereotypes. It was obviously a bit, but him and his viewers thought she was doing it for real and harassed her quite a lot. Poor girl didn't deserve any of it. Glad he's gone and she's happily married with Gigguk now.
This is why I don't like Leafy; it has nothing to do with his feud with Pokimane. As scummy as Leafy is, Pokimane isn't any better as she loves overgeneralizing every criticism as "harassment" and throw people under the bus over this. Meanwhile Sydsnap was actually harassed by Leafy.
It just boggles my mind that he still thought that his type of content would fly in the modern age that we live in now. RUclips is WAY different now than it was back in 2016.

Did you all hear about Mitten Squad? He didn’t get banned, it’s a lot worse, he passed away today.
I was there 3000 years ago. I remember the reaction wars of 2015-17ish. I understand the legal TOS side of it. But from a moral view, I just don't care anymore. Reaction channels are the only reason I'm subbed to half the channels I wouldn't normally know about, because the reactors shout them out (usually).
I remember reaction was popping up like crazy around that time you mentioned holy shit what a time.
I hate that Elsagate style videos are still being made, but they're not being taken down as well.
You'd think Disney who guards their IPs intensely would do everything in their power to get youtube to remove since Elsa is a part of their franchise. The same with Marvel and DC.

That second one seems strange to me. An unblurred url on secondary channel, gets the main channel banned and threats of bans if he shows up in any other videos? That's an extreme jump of punishment. That's a full blacklist. Either he did way more than said or someone really hated him for personal reasons or I'm ignorant.

I subscribed to Steve but I hardly watch his stuff before it was banned so I really don’t know what really happened.

I’ll never forget jaystation’s video where he tried to contact Etika right after he died. Jay was so annoying and used deaths and clickbait titles just to get views so I’m glad he’s banned.
That was N&A Productions, not Jaystation who tried contacting Etika (according to a SunnyV2 video).

I remember when people were criticizing him for a while, but never watched. Just hearing his voice was enough to annoy me like every word he said always felt like he was constantly being condescending to his audience.

RUclips however are nothing but gold diggers when it comes to Sniperwolf so the chances of them banning her... they already have a sour reputation what's one more black mark going to do, at this point it's a contest for RUclips.

@@FubukiTheIcyKing And they probably never will, QTV got away with practically doxing since that's exactly what he does to people he didn't like in his Discord server when ReviewTechUSA covered that part of the drama surrounding QTV while RUclips punished Act Man for making a joke about doing the same thing. Then SniperWolf does it to Jackfilms and just like QTV, RUclips didn't do anything about it and when they did, they tried painting Jackfilms as also being in the wrong.
I also heard a rumor that JayStation was going to try and capitalize on Kobe Bryant's death too with the Ouija board. Keep in mind, "rumor" but damn if it was true...smh...

(Just my personal opinion) Leafy did not deserve the ban whatsoever.
I didn’t think Leafy was too bad at first when he would talk about his highschool or college days. But eventually the drama he caused was starting to add up and he never tried to talk down his fans when they’d say or do stupid shit.

Pretty sure it would still be considered gone given that the practices behind Machinima were pretty much borderline entrapment in some cases, RUclipsr's like Mr.Sark were part of Machinima and the contracts they likely had to sign probably made their breakaway from Machinima all the better for them.
