Is this series for the summer Olympic's because when they did the team GB series the summer 2012 olympic was going on.
I think it is for the fact that they won the world cup.... but it could be for the Rio Olympics

I did a LOT of research. I literally watched videos of how each player's name is pronounced, and wrote them down on how I should pronounce them. I think I did alrigh.
In the USA they only learn English in school and maybe a little bit of spanish near the borders with mexico! :D
I don't know this for sure because in live in the Netherlands/Europe, but I know for sure that they don't learn German.

Sh-wine-sty-ger. Schweinsteiger. Sh-earl-er. Schürrle. You're making it much harder than it is! Khedira at least has a very useable head piece for use in other things - too many of these figures have weird mouth prints

Bruh it pains me seeing someone with no passion or hobby for soccer/football yet still decides to collect and pretend to know who the ppl are by doing some research before the video. Like the names were pronounced so badly, like watch a germany highlights game at least for like 5 minutes man. And btw gotze isnt a "popular" player, most ppl only think this because he scored that world cup goal...like bruh he was a sub that game...
