粉糖はオリゴ糖入りがおすすめですがコーンスターチ入りでも問題ありません。
純粉糖はダマになりやすいのでアイシングに向いていません🙅🏻♀️
リーズナブルで入手しやすい乾燥卵白をご紹介しましたが、やや卵臭が気になります😞
Wiltonメレンゲパウダーは扱いやすく香りもよく軽い食感で個人的にはおすすめ✨同じ分量でOKです🙆🏻♀️(もちろん濾しています!)
生の卵白は保存性に欠けるのでおすすめしません🥚
粉糖、乾燥卵白、お水の分量は正確に計りましょう😊

I usually use Wilton meringue powder. I like the scent and texture and easy to handle.
I always strain any kind of meringue powder before combining it with powdered sugar.
It is important to accurately measure powdered sugar, meringue powder, and water.
