Great tips. I managed to find the green rolling board like yours. Can't wait to try it on on the chocolate wrap cake. Subscribed to your blog, loving all the tutorials x
we get our sugarpaste through Premier Foods (bakery wholesaler). We use renshawas but there are plenty of choices on the market. You can also buy online depending where you are which could keep your delivery costs down. Sugarpaste and fondant are the same thing really if that helps.
I was wondering how to make a chocolate button topping cake? I used to always get them but they have been discontinued :( It would be great it you could make one :D x
the wires are pushed into a block of sugarpaste that's not touching the cake so there's no contamination. If the wire is to be pushed into the cake you can use posy pics or florist tape.
It would have been better to show the posey pick before it went in the cake and then shown it being put in but other than that another great tutorial Paul x

Best to leave overnight with sugarpaste, but you can add tylo or use flower paste and it will set in an hour or so.

I thought it's not safe to stick wires on the cake.
