Regularly pulling over 4 Gs for nearly 2 hours in conditions so hot and humid drivers were throwing up in their helmets and struggling to get out of the car after the race. Hell they were even saying they felt like they were on the verge of passing out in the high-speed corners with well over half the race left. These guys are no joke even by top athlete standards.

The lighter is a vehicle the faster it can accelerate and decelerate , add to that the ceramic brakes those F1's have on , it's not too difficult to do . The real crazy about them is the fact the engine is decreased in size and displacement and they can still reach the same crazy speeds they used to . Also another crazy fact about them is the new punctureless tank idea .
The helmet is strapped in place at the back so the drivers really have to focus on making their neck strong for the lateral Gs experienced in turns and not so much worry about the forward/back movement.
When I do this I get motion sickness I don’t know why, just being on the highway and pull on the side to a dead stop I get incredible urge to puke LMAO
