I noticed people saying they just replaced the fuel pump assembly street I changed the fuel filter, fork pump and fuel pressure regulator and it still didn't fix it. So I noticed there's a hole that the fuel pressure regulator clicks into. It's an unservicable filter. Took some carb cleaner and cleaned all the blackness out and it worked
