Dandeli to Sirsi via Yellapura | Shirle Falls, Magodu Falls |Day 3 - Pre Monsoon Ride

- The credit of the day 3 ride goes to Bharath who I met through my channel about few months ago. This day is memorable because of him. He went to his home at Yellapur from bangalore just so that when we visit Yellapura he can show around the places. Apart from that he and his family prepared yummy lunch for 9 of us! It was not just any lunch, but more like badoota with about 4 types of chicken dish,sweet etc plus veg food seperate! Who would take all the trouble to prepare all that for few bunch of bikers who he never met them or in contact! He knew only me through my channel and we only rode once! Kudos man.
We started early from Dandeli and that was one of the peaceful homestay I ever stayed. The owner was super friendly ,prepared yummy food and quickly responds for abything we asked!

Magodu falls....I had been there when I was a kid...long back..maybe some 12-14 years ago ...seriously one of the best falls ever visited..it was heavily foggy...had to wait for a long while fro it to clear...intensely dense, scary jungles...however till now I just had memories of the view of the falls...forgot the surrounding views....thanx for refreshing my memories back :)

I with friend visited MAGOD falls in middle July of 2018 on my bike drive from Davangere. While coming , From Mundagod we caught under rain, but still managed to reach MAGOD falls at 5 pm ....spent an hour. Full falls we witnessed ...next day visited Sathodi falls again under heavy rain. It's a bike ride I never forget but very risky indeed.

Wow.! Thanks for the Greenery treat. Shirle and Magodu falls footage is beautiful. The family who hosted you guys at the end...they are so pure at heart. One shot of all the bikes on a small bridge is beautiful. Tea and Jackfruit chips is ultimate combo for the weather. Drone footage of Magodu falls would have been ultimate. All in all you guys have enjoyed the Monsoon weather of Wester ghats. Lastly....listening Kannada words on a Vlog is the icing on the cake. Regards.

Awesome video..you also could have come to karwar,kaiga and anshi .that is were i stay..the kali tiger reserve was also too good if u would have come brother.. :) ! and yeah you could also visit the nuclear power plant of our kaiga here..!

Actually i stay in township of our kaiga here..yes its raining weather also too good , almost similar what u had in dandeli.. a bit sunny but yes weather is good now compared to before...all happens suddenly here weather changes just in matter of hours , but cant say the weather will same after a month.!

Only thing missing are some aerial shots.
Drone is too much to carry and manage. And too much hassle to get permits etc. As of now I believe it will ruin my rides as shooting on gopro doesn't need much intervention. Also I have no money to invest one for :D

Hi Ravi. I understand your care. When we went to shirle falls there were people who were sitting drinking and throwing bottles and stuff though this place wasn't known to much people. Personally I feel its not by revealing place names it is getting ruined but due to ignorance of our own people who have no basic common sense of respecting the nature. That is why I try to focus through my videos that one should not litter or spoil the places. However I am one of the guy who hate preaching. I hate telling people what to do and what not to do. However I can inspire people by following what I I want to preach. #idonttrashmytravel
