The female group dance "The Deity of Wine" is an excerpt from CNODDT dance drama #LiBai. Drunken in ethereal and nimble dance movements, this piece portrays the occasion where legendary poets Li Bai and Du Fu met for the first time in a bustling restaurant in Luoyang (in today's Henan province) during the Tang Dynasty (618-907).
