So i been saying for a while that if Fomby gets in the gym consistently people would be talking about him like they talk about Nas and Moon. My biggest knock on him has always been conditioning, but he's definitely gotten better in the last few months. Hope he keeps building

That's really what messed him up against Nas. He was used to always being the big dawg and finishing games quick. But Nas was a big body too, and with better conditioning. It take a LOT of energy to guard Nas cause of his size. Fomby wasnt making shit after he had to play defense.
