Nice honest pros and cons. I could have told you that everything is doubled in price as compared to the mainland. All the tourists are back since covid restrictions are over. The water in Hawaii is not as warm as it is in south east Asia.
Yeah, thats right. On average we were paying $70 dollars per meal and special non-alcoholic about $12 drinks each. Hawaii is definitely not affordable. The circulating news when I was there, the legislature was in discussions to increase the minimum wage to $17. My spouse actually wanted to fly to Nha Trang lol
@@TrangVergara I have been to Hawaii 4 times, it only takes 4 hours from LAX. Each time I asked myself why did we just not fly to Vietnam or to Thailand instead. It would have been much more fun and much cheaper and food is 10x better. To me Hawaii is just a glorified California but with hot humid weather.
Im in puerto rico, since its an island everything have to be boat in or flown in like hawaii, its expensive as hawaii too, im going to saigon next month, i hope it not too hot there.
