I wonder if your dad notices how you all take care of him ❤️love how your family really care for each other. You are fortunate to be your own bosses. It may be hard work but you don't have to answer to anyone!
Loved the reverse beeps. Had to watch that part a few times. What a great harvest! Kohlrabi always looks like something you'd see growing on an alien planet. Seeing all that dill made me miss my grandmother's pickles. No matter how many times I try, mine never taste as good as hers did.
With each growing season, I gain more appreciation for all the work that is put into the growing of all things grown!! Thank you all for the hard work you put forth🤗🤗!
Like you Patricia, I didn’t realise just how hard they work, when you see the goods at the shop you just don’t realise what’s gone into getting it there!
It's hard to believe those crops are already to pick; seems like just yesterday you were planting everything. Love to see the guys eating those fresh vegetables right out of the field. I agree with Patricia, you are a fine family. It is heartwarming to see your family all pulling together to make the farm work the way it does.
Roll Tide. My Dad was born in Alabama but met and married a California gal. When visiting Alabama in the early 60's and 70's I was pleased that some of my Dads family still farmed. Fresh collar greens and the like. As I have said for decades I do not get to eat fresh veggies with flavor like my youth. Grow Veggie Boys and Girls.🐝🐝🐝🐞🐞🌻
Thank you Vivian. I was born in Rhode Island and I became an Alabama fan in the late '50s. I live in San Antonio now and I am a lifelong Crimson Tide fan. I hope all is well with you and your family.@@viviansmith1443
Well then you remember Bear Bryant. Yea Yankee. If you are now a registered voter in Texas I pray you are not a rasist Rump supporting fool or a fan of Cruz, the Governor and the other fools. In the Peace.🐝
That was one long hot day of harvesting !!!!! Fun seeing all the boys in a circle sorting the veg . Looking like they are having a good old chin wag 😁😁😁😁😁👍👍👍👍👏👏👏👏 love from the UK x
My Grammy used to make me and my sister wash my all t he e pickling cucumbers but the great pickles where great she was from Arkansas and also she used to feed calves with the nipple bucket ...so many wonderful memories from the late 60s wish we could turn back time
Your baby girl Callie is such a Doll! Love seeing A Stable Life boys in your videos. And good work in the hot sun today. I was out in the garden in 98* full sun and I was very sweaty. Did what I set out to do though. 💪
Why is this channel so addicting been binge watching for a week since I found your channel, absolutely love Andrew, such a sweet guy..I need a husband like you..
The veggies are beautiful !! You all are so blessed to have all those goodies to eat and share. For cripes sake, Quit taking Grandpa's pants!!! LOL !! God bless you all !!
I’m laughing at your “hot day,” “up unto the 90’s” because it’s over 110 here today in Northern Oklahoma😊 My husband and I just love your videos, and especially your positive attitude and infectious optimism! Keep it up VB!
I absolutely love your videos. This is my therapy. My back yard sized garden (maybe 60 x 60?) will eventually be an orchard, but that's a few years away, as most of the trees were probably only 1-2 years old when planted. BUT, I wanted to say this about picking peas in 90 degree weather....we've had over 30 days over 100 degrees this summer with virtually no rain. And, after i transplanted cucumbers into the garden today, we hopped into the truck to go eat, and the thermometer in the truck announced the external temp was 110 degrees. Still, no matter what the temperature, i don't envy you picking peas!! In a previous video, I noticed you picking and then munching on a cucumber, straight off the vine. I recall about 40-45 years ago, we had rented our north 40 to a family of "big" farmers, and they did peanuts for the first couple of years, then switched to veggies. One day, midsummer or so, I was in the field after walking our fences, and noticed a cucumber (one of several thousand). I picked it and took a bite. Since it was a blistering south Texas summer day, that cucumber was shockingly hot! It was not a culinary delight. lol... I was reminded of that when I saw you munch one and nod approvingly afterward. :)
Reading the comments as I wait for enough signal to watch the video. I'm noticing many comments about the back-up beeps. Funny how I just watched Sonne Farms, and thought Cole really missed a back-up beep opportunity in his video. Thanks for making that happen, and great timing!
You mentioned you made $1,300 off of a quarter acre of peas and seemed to be quite happy. Man, for all the work you guys put in on germination, planting, harvesting and selling at the market, that does not sound like a lot of money. Hard earned for sure.
Happy to see Matthew with his full brim hat for shade. Now with his Duluth's. Side tool/carpenter pockets for phone and knife makes work simpler. (And the Duluth long t-shirts to solve plumber's crack are their best product.) I will make a suggestion: Bailey's Logging Supply in Northern California makes/sells their own brand of logging boot sock. Classic white with red top over-the-calf. Thick and protective. Long lasting even with long days on your feet. Wicks moisture away from your feet in the heat, yet warm in the winter. Don't shrink over time. I will try other brands of work and hiking socks every so often, and nothing matches the comfort. (Best prices are usually around the Thanksgiving to Christmas stretch.) FWIW.
Really enjoyed this video. Another cousin on the farm to help!! Gavin is so quiet on your videos. Callie is getting so big and is so cute 🥰 Please help grandpa find his plants. 😂 Keep up the great work!!
Happy Annivarsary Matt an Tracy from liverpool UK!!!!!! Im glad theres a financial incentive for peas as it sorta seems like a thankless task and i know yas hate it, Just look at it like your harvesting a money tree or something! Does Left handed Broccoli taste different? More Left somehow? Ever thought about a Chicken Tractor to pull over what youve picked? Again Andrew and Veggie boys and girls an awesome video!!! thanks so so much! All the best! Mick!
Next time I am at the farm market, I'm looking for one of the green shirts like your Dad has on, and some cabbage. And a tshirt for my dad. And pickled eggs. And candy for the kids.
Love kohlrabi, stuff ,salad( like you do with cabbage), also you can use the leafs stuff them like cabbage rolls ( they will be smaller but very good). God bless you guys.
Yeah we are cooking down here in Florida! We Have to take a break during July, August and when September comes we plant again. My blueberries are done now so it's time to watch the garden. Western Pasco and no rain again by the Gulf Coast north of Tampa. Drought time!
Have you guys ever eaten tomato right of the vine ? When my Uncle in Indiana back in the 70's grew tomatoes that is what is kids did. He had fields of them. They harvest the tomato for Stokley Company.
I love, love, watching you lot harvest.....yaaaaay! Your vegetable field looks awesome. All that hard work on hot, rainy, and cold days pays off. I love your veggie family. Great video, Andrew.
It’s down in the 60 ‘s tonight up in the 90’s morning and afternoon here in Central Indiana . Can’t believe crops our all ready to pick wow. Oh boy Grandpa is yelling again for his pants 🤔🫣🤭🫢🫡
Wonderful farm work you guys are feeding and sustain many across America and soon would like to be an Apprentice under your coaching guide. I really appreciate you guys, more thanks to your father for keeping this dream of farming productivity
I'd like to try that KHOLRABI veg, never heard of it until your channel and other gardening/homestead channels I watch. Never seen it in any store or farm stand. Another professional and well done video - Thank you Andrew!!
Orchards over in Adams County, Penna started to grow it about 15 years ago between newly planted trees to better utilize their unused soil until the limbs branched outward.
Hi Andrew, good looking harvest. It was 110 yesterday in central Texas and it's going to be 104 -106 the rest of the week or more. We did a garden update yesterday on our channel. We are planning a trip in October to visit friends in PA and will be stopping by to see Logan at Broyans Farm. We would like to check out yawls store as well. Keep those field watered and stay cool. God Bless, Mike & Rochelle.
It felt like you just planted those vegetables and there you are harvesting already. Summer is sure flying by and before you know it, you'll be picking pumpkins.
You guys are a great family. Salt of the earth. I really enjoy watching all of you work together and have a very strong family bond.
Dang...I can't believe you all picked all that produce BEFORE LUNCH!!!! That's killing it!!!!
I wonder if your dad notices how you all take care of him ❤️love how your family really care for each other. You are fortunate to be your own bosses. It may be hard work but you don't have to answer to anyone!
Much respect that is a lot of back breaking work, and no complaining

I’d love one!
I stopped by the farm market on Wednesday and purchased one in person. I recommend you do the same its a great shirt! 😉

I like how you enjoy working the farm.
I just can’t get over how beautiful your veggies are.
My back aches just watching you boys! 👍🏼GREAT JOB!!
Andrew there's nothing better then sweat pea salad.😁😄🤠😎👍🐢
I could literally watch you harvest all day as a great background to my work. It's mesmerizing. The harvest is wonderful to watch. Thanks for sharing.
Loved the back-up alarm on the truck He He!
The veggies are beautiful !! You all are so blessed to have all those goodies to eat and share. For cripes sake, Quit taking Grandpa's pants!!! LOL !! God bless you all !!
I'm not afraid of work: I can sit and watch it all day.
Horrible hot here today!! 107 with a heat index of 117 degrees!! I enjoy your videos.

LOVE LOVE LOVE THE BOOPING! HILARIOUS😂
Andrew, I'm happy to see that you're not a foolish farmer and use a crazy instrument like a Refractometer.
Love the sound of plants and their roots coming out of the soil. Right?🌱
Right!
Duluth pants c'mon sponsor these men lol. New pants and sweet glasses 😯😎
A head of that broccoli and a bottle of Ranch ... yummmmeee! And those BLUEberries! Yum again! And thank you, Jesus, for that rain!
There is no Mr Bee on your flowers dear Andrew. They are ALL Miss Bee!!! The girls do all the work in a bee hive FYI. Happy harvesting
One thing about the veggie boys I like the camaraderie of how they work together while they're on the screen
that double left handed high five felt soo wrong to watch. 😆 😂
I love seeing your family working together. Thank you!

My kohlrabi are toast. Had beautiful leaves and was getting bulbs and the groundhog or rabbits mowed them down. Such is life.
