The first half of the ruclips.net/user/postUgkx3ICSK6nSknaL_45CU2NmFSoXjarGMDiJ book is everything about wood: types, tools, finishes, setting up shop etc. The second half is all about doing projects for inside and outside of the home. The color pictures are helpful. After reading a dozen of these types of books, this is probably the best overall (layout, color photos, plans). Only detraction is that many of the projects use a table saw/router/planer, which are usually expensive and take up space, so the plans are less friendly to newcomers and the budget conscious. But I know I can use a drill, circular saw or a jigsaw to make the projects.
Master carpenter of 38 years .. and this is " You gotta do what you gotta do " .. A tape measure and all these fancy tools are not always needed .. Just walk the cut in and eye it . .. I call it " Eyeball Carpentry " .. I used to love it when someone said " You can't do that " .. Some of the most elaborate work can be made with the simplest of tools .. and a Brain
badass wrk , and custom, takes talent for all u haters , he is a woodmaker u nxt go to yr local wood store and jst pick up a hand rail made , that's why it's called wood work you work the wood to your desired shape , Awsome work
Gluing posts into the steps with sawdust everywhere, drilling holes in the rails on the bare floor, my father would beat me to death if he ever saw me do anything close to that. wow..just wow.
He is good. He doesnt have the fancy tools that the others "guys" have. Others might call it primitive. But he made a good job. He just calculate sometimes. Notice it? God given talent. he is not even wearing something to protect his eyes.
Ok so he did a bit of bodging here n there using screws and filler but that said the end product once fully sanded and painted youd never know the difference. I admire the guys persistence and yes i will say skills as he did give it a go and yeah it would have taken him ages but great end result. Well done Sir
This guy should get a bag for his glue. You can even get a ziploc, it doesn't have to be fancy. It will help put glue in those holes for the spindles and posts. It won't be as mess either, which is always a bonus.
NICE JOB BRO You has mad skills and i am not sure i could do it as well as you. I have never even thought to use an electric plane in that way. The way i would do this job in a 1st world country is pull out the corner piece from its packaging, remove the bubblewrap and read the instructions on how to attach it to the rest of the pre-made banister. btw i am a professional woodworker.
МАСТЕР !!!! УДАЧИ !!!

At least this man didn’t use circular saw and finger guide to cut curves
well thats definitely one way to do it :) right on
Cool😃
You know how much work that took just for that🤔🙄 that must be a lot of work and money for a fact that is a lot of money 💰
I have done very similar with Woodglut designs.
His measuring equipment was done very primatively, but those measurements were extremely accurate!!!!
Stunning work from a true craftsman!! Bravo!!

Amazing beautiful, art and x
craftmanship, This is a carpenter trained and artist. well done,
bom trabalho bem caprichoso o cara
Thanks you !
If he didn't have the corner piece of the handrail so thick, he wouldn't have as much to plane off, he's just giving himself more work.

Stodoys plans are amazing!
Awesome !!!
Eres un verdadero artista de la madera 👏👏👏
Excellent job but you would need to show us the final result 👍
I dont think that you would like to see the final result.
Exelent great job hello from mexico
Great job.
Although, I don't like the screw fixings. They really should be hidden joints on such a nice piece of work like that.
You gotta' admit, it's a hell of a lot faster than laying out a tangent rail and gets you 80-90% there
Super jee I also need same
