Before you check the accuracy of a BP monitor you would do well to find out the correct method for measuring BP. Your method is not correct. Patient's arm must be supported at the level of the heart.

How/why is the other guy so slow in getting that 2nd cuff on? Most of us can get it on ourselves in half the time!
Looks accurate. I wonder how long batteries last. How dependable.
Its accurate and the batteries last for few months, but available at any store
Is this ok for muscular arms? I have an Omron 3 series and it does not read my BP well because of the curves on my biceps and triceps. Is the Evolve cuff stiff or loose/easy fitting?
It will not work also, look for loose cuff, thats the large one and your omron m3 will work with that
@@PharmacistOnline That's unfortunate. I've tried looking for cuffs for my Omron 3 but I haven't found anything that has inspired any confidence in accuracy. Thanks for your reply!

In sphygmomanometer you did not put any stethoscope then how you get to know that bp was accurate??
There is the stethoscope build in to the arm cuff.Clearly visible in the video!

@@Kashif314 my omron evolve was 15 to 20 points lower than the doctor's office machine. At home it was reading that I had good blood pressure. At the doctor's office I had hypertension. I even brought it into compare to make sure it wasn't just white coat hypertension. They took my blood pressure with their cuff it was 145 over 99, mine was 128 over 80
@@650tonyd thanks for the reply. That's way off. Definitely not acceptable. Did you get any other device that is accurate? I want something that is accurate even if it doesn't look fancy.
