When I was young I heard the most beautiful song I'd ever heard on the radio whilst hiding away upstairs from my abusive father. I tried hard to remember the melody, sobbing profusely, desperately trying to hold on to it whilst it slipped through my fingers. Many years later I heard a song that seemed faintly familiar... I believe it was Swan Lake.
My parents never could get me and my siblings Christmas presents as kids, so one year they suprised us with some. My mom bought me a ring and my dad got me a music box with a ballerina in it. I could never figure out the tune, but I loved it, and it's been in my room on my dresser for years. I recently stayed up one night playing the music box on repeat and my sister (who sleeps one room over from me) walks into my room, takes my music box, flips it over, finds the tag that has the song name on it, gives it back to me, and then sends me this before asking me not to play it in the middle of the night because I scared the shit out of her at 3 am. So now I'm here listening to this, with headphones, on repeat,
I have a little music box/Snow globe in my room that my mom and dad got for their wedding. It has a berried couple in cinnamon colored water (due to age) and instead of "snow" glitter falls when it's shaken. My mom used to play it when I was a baby and I couldn't sleep. I just recently found out the tune the music box played was a sped up version of Swan Lake. It still works so Imma be playing I for a while XD

My grandma had one of these boxes. When I was young I lived with them for a bit then I moved to the US. This tune was stuck in my head for a long, long time. Until I realized that this was form Swan Lake. Took me years to realize it and it was all because of the movie Black Swan.
a bit of an undertoned version of the first 24 seconds of this was in my grandma's photo album, she used to play it while setting alone looking at her husbands photos and their early days.
I have heard this song on a music box as a child, it brought tears of joy to me. Even today such song is very emotional, very beautiful. It just sounds so magical, like a story is being told that you cannot tell exactly what kind of story it is, but you know it's a story being told

This might sound strange, but it was this piece that single handedly made me want to learn the piano. And even now,at 24, it's the song I play the most on the piano,on the kalimba, and sing too. @@blekeht5810 The bite of 83 was the one with the Crying Child and Fredbear, for evidence i want to point out two things, 1: in the Tv on some occasions, you might get to see the tv show 'Fredbear and Friends' and the date that it says just below is 1983. No other years so are depicted on there, so it must have been 1983. if you still don't believe me, then that will leave me bring out my second point: In the secret room in Sister Location, you will see 3 screens of which are blurred out as well as the Fredbear plush. I was looking for this song about a month ago, my grandma used to have a music box that played this and she’s play it to me and my sister when we were little. Thank you for making this!
I have a small music box that I got from my great grandmother years and years ago. I never knew the name of the song and she didn't know either so I would just listen to it and daydream with it. As a young kid, when I first got it, I would wind it up as much as possible and put it under my pillow so I could hear it play as I slept. Unfortunately one of the prongs in the music box has broken so it misses a few notes as it plays now, and it's quite old so the notes aren't the right tune, but being able to hear it as it was is amazing.
The fact that I had a music box with this tune when I was little, we found it in the house. It was very unsettling due to the fact that it would sometimes play on its own(I think) but my mom said I probably don't remember turning it on. I felt so connected to the house like I lived there before, but I hadn't. One time my mother thought she heard me up and told me to go to sleep and she heard "me" say "No!". She went to my room but I was asleep. Another time she saw an old man in our living room saying "She's back I see.". She only stated that it was her probably seeing things or being paranoid. Here's an experience from me: I was about 3 or 4 years old and was needing sleep. But my TV was on and I was just too lazy to get out of bed so, I just laid there. A few minutes pasted and I had heard a knock on the door, let me tell you that it was about 10 or 11 o'clock at night. You may think that it could be normal but, no. It was on MY door. So I called my grandma( she was the only one home, mom was working) she then came into my room and asked "What's wrong, why aren't you sleeping?" I simply told her I heard a knock on the door, MY door. She looked at me a little disturbed then proceeded to check the doors. She found nobody. After she calmed me a little, I tried to go back to sleep. About, an hour or less pasted by I felt like something was on me, I looked up and saw a faint shadow of a man hovering over me, I thought it was my imagination. It got closer. I finally screamed "grandma" again, she was running a bit. Before she got to my room, their was a flash of light( also faint) colliding with its opposite, pushing it into my closet. My grandma arrived and asked are you okay and are you hurt. I told her what had happened and she comforted me and suggested that I stayed in her room for the night. The next morning, mom was told about the night and she believed that it was my imagination. I then met her. A dear old imagination had made a friend, I named her Sarah. Or, I think she was already named that. She just knew me so well like, we've known each other for awhile. The others thought so too. Please tell me if u think this short story was a fake from me being a child or if u think, I was her, and still am her from today. Btw, I don't experience much of this besides sleep paralysis and shadows. My imagination stopped because I'm a young teen and is still maturing. I'm still feeling like he still hates me, what do you think?
I love this music since i first heard this when i was 6 yrs old, i lost the music box somehow and kept looking for it nonstop, but i gave up. After i click on this video the lovely memories find its way to connect to my heart, I am very happy. Thank you!
I remember this tone. We had a DVD of 'Barbie and the swan princess', and my sister loved it. I don't remember anything about that movie, except this tone.... So many years have gone, neither I'm that clingy little toddler anymore nor my sister is that barbie-freak fourth grader. But still, this tone, it feels oddly comforting...
I had this jewelry box when I was younger and it had a colourful floral design, on the inside was a pink fairy that would spin and play this music if you wound up the crank on the back, it played on its own tho
My mom has this really old (50-70 years old possibly older) Tinkerbell snow globe that has always lived in my room(along with other nicknacks on crown-like-shelves(I’m 16 btw)) and today she was going to start taking back some of her items and I kept joking that it was all mine now. So she said that she would only take the globe and that was the item that the thought of “losing” made me cry simply because it felt like this song was ripped from me. Thankfully she did let be put it back on its shelf and there it will be till I move out.
My late mom had this musical jewellery box and it played this same exact tune. Have to wind it up, and when you open the box, a ballerina springs up and spins around slowly. The box was blueish and white with art drawings of a ballerina dancing. It felt so magical.
The reason I love this so much is because it reminds me of my childhood, but my childhood was very chaotic and I had a tiny music box that played this and it would always calm me, it reminds me of the calming times...
My nan has a ballet dancer jewellery box that plays this. When you open the top compartment the little ballet dancer will spring up and start twirling. All of its clothes are hand sewn, the hair individual strands, and the doll itself is made of porcelain painted with precision. The dancer is actually tiny, and it blows my mind that someone put so much time and effort into it. It's easily one of the most beautiful things I've ever seen.
I'm in a forest... It's dark, and when I look around, all I see is an endless sea of trees and the moon harshly beaming down onto my skin, and it feels as though it's looking into my very soul with harsh judgement... With no idea of the location of my being, I slowly move into the direction that feels the most promising. A mist rolls in with great gust as I stride along for what seems to be an eternity, until it's as though the mist is choking me, wishing for me to leave. I struggle to find any sense of direction. I frantically look around me, but all I can see is white, and the soft dirt that seems to be luling me to lay down... The white slowly encloses, me like a hunter and it's prey, and I eventually can't even find my own hand... What's happening to me... Am I dissapearing? Or... am I dead?
I had a barbie swan lake snow globe when I was little and it played this. I would listen to it over and over. I think I still have it. Childhood memories can be precious things. Cherish the good, and try to not give the bad any kind of hold on you.
My grandpa died and thi is the exact song of his snow globe that hasn’t worken for decades, when i started to sing happy birthday to him then the snow globe’s music turned on..😢😢 miss my grandad..

I was about 3 or 4 years old and was needing sleep.
My friends had this song in a music box with a spinning ballerina soo..it makes him really sad years later because he misses it.
I miss you grandma, I will always remember how you loved to play the music box lamp with a ballerina inside ❤
I'm setting this as my alarm I'll tell you my reaction tomorrow
Still waiting.
@@around441pipissharingaytac4 i did not wake up
This made me remember the music have.
such a nostalgical snd beautiful thing 💖
I love this music since i first heard this when i was 6 yrs old, i lost the music box somehow and kept looking for it nonstop, but i gave up. After i click on this video the lovely memories find its way to connect to my heart, I am very happy. Thank you!
Fun fact: People usually play this song before someone die
What a beautiful way to pass
I remember this tone. We had a DVD of 'Barbie and the swan princess', and my sister loved it. I don't remember anything about that movie, except this tone.... So many years have gone, neither I'm that clingy little toddler anymore nor my sister is that barbie-freak fourth grader. But still, this tone, it feels oddly comforting...
I dont cry at things like that because Im a fnaf veteran but this time,yeah-
I miss those days.
@@Sanguinium_Light Well,who doesn't
@@plumtre3 True.
I had this jewelry box when I was younger and it had a colourful floral design, on the inside was a pink fairy that would spin and play this music if you wound up the crank on the back, it played on its own tho
Why does this feel most beautiful in the witching hour awake in bed
"i dunno. clean it up and find out."
Who is here for fuckin' TCHAIKOVSKY?
Marco Tamburrino me!
While I’m a Kpop fan, I do love classical music as well, so I’m here for both ^ ^~ ❣️
Brings back good feelings.
I have a frog lake toy that plays this relaxing, and creepy music. Gives me the chills ;)
My late mom had this musical jewellery box and it played this same exact tune. Have to wind it up, and when you open the box, a ballerina springs up and spins around slowly. The box was blueish and white with art drawings of a ballerina dancing. It felt so magical.
This is empressing even in the darkness I can dance this forever
This was my senior year’s marching band show. This made me remember it and I miss it, and I haven’t even graduated yet.
a nightmares music box with glowing red lights for eyes
The reason I love this so much is because it reminds me of my childhood, but my childhood was very chaotic and I had a tiny music box that played this and it would always calm me, it reminds me of the calming times...
Who else listened to this after watching "Haunted" Season 3 Ep. 3 on Netflix?
My favorite, I used to fall asleep with it ❤️.

Finally found the song that played in my music box when I was a kid AND explains why there's a ballerina twirling inside. This is so nostalgic-
beautiful
My nan has a ballet dancer jewellery box that plays this. When you open the top compartment the little ballet dancer will spring up and start twirling. All of its clothes are hand sewn, the hair individual strands, and the doll itself is made of porcelain painted with precision. The dancer is actually tiny, and it blows my mind that someone put so much time and effort into it. It's easily one of the most beautiful things I've ever seen.
Imagine FredBear's Family Dinner would be a ballet studio but music's been better
I had one of these little jewelry boxes as a young girl! Major nostalgia! Oh how times have changed ;);
Or... am I dead?
I finally found the song. Idk how the heck I knew it was Tchaikovsky but I did! That’s probably the only reason I found it
fnaf 3 minigame i don't know why it's made me sad 😭
Shadow Bonnie jesus

Their dead

DECADES
of not knowing what this melody is called. I finally found it
Who else knows this music from FNAF
I had a barbie swan lake snow globe when I was little and it played this. I would listen to it over and over. I think I still have it. Childhood memories can be precious things. Cherish the good, and try to not give the bad any kind of hold on you.
The handmaid's tale
trash
I think I was about 5 or 6 when I heard this because my mom use to have a ballerina box and I would just love listening to it
Who wants 1 hour version of this
There is something called Loop.

I own one like that., but it's a hello kitty themed one T 1.75x speed, just not distorted.
My great grandmother had a jewellery box that played this with a ballerina on top at her home in the middle of a forest. I remembered this song but couldn't recall of what the name of the song was until now
