Societal failures across the board of this defendant. The parents should be held accountable for the major neglect that ruined this man’s life.

Again, he has demonstrated what structure, and having a role could have done for his life, that his parents FAILED to provide.

I wonder if any of these people testifying on behalf of Wade would be able to look the Sumner's in the eye if they could come back for just one day for this retrial.

Bad bad crime but should not be put to death for something done when 18 and pretty vulnerable and easily coerced.

It’s criminal that we the people/tax payers pay for these human killers! Disgusting! They even get room service

I find it funny that as a teenager he wanted to die, but now that he has the chance to get his wish, he is fighting it 🤔

This man that has all this experience with the prison system needs to teach all prisons in Florida how to run these corrupt prisons and fire and hire CO’s that are involved in prison reform , DOC needs a major overhaul.

The principal that testified yesterday said that Alan was at his school when he was 15 which add up since he had to repeat about 3 grades or so, but according to the psychologist ladys slides today, Alan was pulled out of school between the ages of 12-13. It can't be both. Somebody is not telling the truth.

Pulled out of school and then went back at some point maybe

Between 12-13 he was pulled from public school and started home schooling, his mother was always working though so he was just home alone and not doing his studies because nobody was around to make him. He didn’t really do the work much in public when he at least had teachers on his case. Then he was returned to public school and stayed enrolled in public school but rarely attended, from the sound of it, until he was 16 and able to officially drop out.

The second expert on Forensic Pharmacology is a relevant witness.
Still, the expert testimony doesn't dismiss the responsibility for the deaths of the two victims.

It’s not supposed to dismiss the responsibility for what he did. It’s only asking for his life to be spared and for him to get life without parole instead of death. He’s already been found guilty and nothing anyone says in this will change that. It’s just deciding whether he gets life without parole or lethal injection.

Not a bad life. Room service. Dirty plates and laundry folded, washed, and 11 channels to watch around the clock, no roommates. All he had to do was participate in a heinous murder of two innocent loving elderly couple for money. Yeah, I think the death penalty is long overdue in this particular case.

With a guy so young I think LWOP would be a worse fate.

I agree, If I was in his place I would want the death penalty
