I bought 2 CHEAP abandoned pit bikes, But how bad are they?

- Join me this week as I give my viewers what they have been asking for and I buy not 1 but 2 pit bikes that have been abandoned out doors for over a year and see if I can get them running or not!
My comment in last video asked for pit bike content, and my man delivered, Good fun these pit bikes, Keep up the good work

Repair both of them they were an absolute steal at that price you’ll find so much for both for cheap on alot of places
after a bit of research parts are pretty cheap so fixing both of them looks like the way forward 🤟
Aliexpress is the way forward with these, i rebuilt a lot of a suzuki 125 from aliexpress.
I'll take a look I've never used it before 😅🤟

The frame isn't snapped , that looks to me like theres bolts though the lugs that have sheared , thats a good price for 2 runners
Yeah after doing a bit of research that's exactly what's happened but I think someone's tried to weld it back on which is why it looks snapped off on one part 😅
Amazing they both at least started. Imagine if they had been looked after. They are actually decent bikes. No point using 1 to fix the other as they wont have many parts in common, they will likely have the same bits broken and parts are easy and cheap to get. Fix both of them..... Just a note on your camera work. You need to practice looking the camera, not the screen. It always looks like you are looking the other way
Thanks I'll try and work on that it's still all a bit of a learning curve for me 😅 yeah since filming I've been looking g at parts and they seem to be pretty cheap so I'll most likely just fix both using new parts 🤟
Hey Sam, I’ll give you a good tip a mate gave me many years ago. Get yourself a milk crate, lean the bike right over and kick the milk crate under it, tip/pull the bike up right and it’ll sit on the milk crate nice and stable both wheels will be off the ground so perfect for brakes, chain etc etc and it’s free just knock off a couple of milk crate from behind a shop 🤣

Great, more fun. just work on the one that's running, it less hassle, as you know it's running. just hope the gear box is ok. Also great choice of T shirt, yes i am a Def lappard fan, well in my younger years, but still a great band.

These Chinese bikes are incredibly cheap to repair. And almost all share same parts.. aliexpress is your friend.

At the price you payed, I would fix both. The is enough room to buy a few parts. And still make a few quid.
I'll be fixing both for sure but I'll most likely use the stomp to fix the WPB then sell that and fix the stomp using new parts or at least that's what I think my plan of attack is 🤔😅
Repair both of them parts are very cheap for theses with the frame looks like a bolt has snapped in the frame drill and tap bolt out then just put a new bolt in ive restored many pitbikes in the past u had a bargain for both well done

The frame should be just bolted on, so hopefully its just a snapped bolt that you might be able to extract then re tap to a new thread. Good luck
Thanks! I thought that's how they attached but it looks like someone attempted to weld it back on so may need a bit of tidying up with a grinder too but I'm looking foreward to getting stuck into it either way 🤟
After seeing the last 2 bikes you will have these looking brand new in no time. I think you should do the both of them these things sell really well
Thanks, im glad you have faith in my abilities 🤟🤣 I think doing both is the way forward but I think I'll probably make one decent one, sell it and then use that money to make a mint one of of the 2nd one, im not 100% sure yet but I think it will make for better content that way maybe 🤔
Can't lose at that price, They did run so that's good start. I think a jet wash will make them look a lot better.
I agree a jet wash will do them a world of good and I think that should be the first thing I do otherwise I'll be filthy every time I so much as look at them 😅🤟
thats a great price for those 2 bikes, plastics are very cheap for a new set with graphics on as well in fact nearly all parts on these are cheap

who does have lifty table things lol my nephew had the welshpitbike 140 with a high lift cam ,they pump out about 17hp with the high lift cam option .and my brother had a suzuki 450rmz , and when i was 12 i had suzuki rm125 . keep going sam ,from small acorns , mighty oak trees grow :) and 80 quid for 2 pitbikes , that,s a bargain m8 👍
Thanks 🤟 I've actually got a lift thing coming only one of the small cheap ones though just to make my life a bit easier 😅 I'll take a look into some engine mods I think that could be fun to do on one of them 🤔🤟

£80 is cheap as heck well done mate wow , if you need any parts websites let me know I know all of the best ones, (temu isn’t bad for grips , throttles and foot pegs )
@ryanking1770 thanks mate yeah I got a pretty good deal my mate who sold me them sorted me right out! Sweet ill check out temu I was looking on the WPB website but it seems to list all the parts but doesn't let me add anything to my basket for some reason 🤔
@@SamsAutoAssortium I’ve noticed that with the wbp website, I recently sold my heavily modified wpb race 140 need another bike now , you’re video was just how I imagined you to make it , you’re genuinely my favourite guy to watch now lol

That's what I'm thinking I'll probably use the stomp to fix the WPB and then maybe completely strip the stomp and build it back up and replace the parts I pinch 🤔

Me too I though I was gunna have to at least strip the cards down or something to get some life in either of them 😅
Pitbikes are very easy to fix mate and brand new parts are very cheap, the pit bike with the loose frame just needs the bolt drilling out and retaoping then you can re attach it
I hope so as I know nothing about pit bikes so far but from the searching I've done the parts do seem cheap and hopefully that fix is nice and straight forward😅 🤟
@@SamsAutoAssortium mate there easy trust me, I've refreshed pitbikes worse than yours for no more than 150 and that's including new plastics

@@SamsAutoAssortium nice! I've just ordered a rear swing arm stand and front headstock stand from Demon Tweaks... I don't have space for a lift lift 🤣 I wouldnt trust Temo to hold a bicycle up, let along a motorbike!
Two great little projects there mate! Get them both up and running! For £80 you can’t go wrong, give those carbs a good clean and some new plugs, they will both come up lovely.. definitely make a few quid on them and some good content… looking forward to see what you do 👍
