  • I have a Rebel Legion approved Jedi costume, and here's what it looks like to suit up.
The tunic robe and belt is from Star Wars Galaxy's edge.
The boots are Anakin cosplay boots that I modified.
The undershirt is a Japanese Yukuza cardigan from Wish.
The Jedi food capsules are from Etsy.

Those boots you were wearing are actually his Clone Wars boots. That's why they didn't quite look like "Anakin's" boots with the leather strip still on. He wears different boots, even different colored ones sometimes, in the shoes and movies.

They’re his Ep 2 or 3 boots, without the leather piece on the front, they’re just not a very good version.

Really nice. Disney, surprisingly, doesn't make junk. I trooped with Sunrider base for a while, and had approved cosplay. A few of my fellow Rebel Legionnaires thought my outfit shouldn't have been approved, but I had modeled it on a beloved pen-and-paper RPG character and was never exactly what I wanted.
However, you need to mention that you could never wear that outfit in a Disney park. The impressive, massive outer cloak is a 'tripping hazard' as far as Disney is concerned, so it would never pass muster. And a full Obi-Wan tunic set would 'possibly confuse guests' so therefore wouldn't be allowed either, no matter if you bought it there or not.
The white under tunic and khakis, on the other hand, would be fine for what is known as 'Disney Bounding.' I will be taking part of my old cosplay out for my trip to Hollywood Studios in April. In some respects, this once in a lifetime trip will be a farewell to my old RPG character. Looking forward.

Yes, unless you’re a child, don’t try to go to Galaxy’s Edge in full costume.

That's a really nice cosplay. I didn't know the Disney robes looked that nice!

Thanks buddy! Yeah, the Disney set is patterned off of Obi Wans episode 1 robes and tunic.. they’re legit.

Very cool! I wish I didn’t have to go to the parks to buy the ensemble… Ironic too since adults can’t even wear in the park

It’s way to hot at WDW to come In Costume.

@@DarthRageReviews even more of a reason I wish I could buy it online! I’ve been debating making a Mando costume, but I think I’d rather start with this Jedi outfit where I really only need to worry about undershirt, pants, and boots haha

@@CallSign_RogueOne that was my thought as well. It was all within my skill set to buy. You can find the Galaxy’s edge stuff on EBay usually, there’s typically a small markup b

actually you can wear the jedi outfit in the park, just went there last week and had no trouble roaming around with it, as long as your robe doesnt drag you are good to go

Did you have any trouble with the length of the robe? I'm also building my generic jedi costume for RL approval and it says the robe should be no shorter than two inches off the floor but GE robes are a little shorter than that

I bought a larger robe then I needed and I squatted a little for the submission photos. 🤫

I found it on wish. It was called a Japanese Yakuza Cardigan.
