    Really enjoy hearing these stories.John has such a warm voice and great personality.He and Paul Williams remain my favorite lyricists.Thanks for posting another great interview!

    I LOVE John Bettis. Not only is he well spoken and a great lyricist, he's got a great sense of humor and a contagious laugh! Love hearing some of the behind the scenes stories of his days writing with Richard Carpenter and being a part of one of the best pop groups ever. Thanks for posting this.

    It is probably highly unlikely that KC wanted to leave the earth at 32 but in doing so, she got her freedom. And if there really is an after life, she's probably happier there
