    Are you a vegetarian now? When I don't eat bacon and eggs...I will eat steel cut oaks, which I love, with dark sugar substitute (diabetes and all that), some butter and cinnamon. Coffee everyday of course even before breakfast! I only *partially* cook the oats...so they are chewy...and take a LOT longer to digest!

      all of those sound delicious!! No I eat meat & fish but am allergic to dairy, eggs and nuts so naturally a lot of my breakfasts are plant based.
