Dragon Tether might be a new ability like flashstep, also I think that Godly TP is related to angel, if you have angel fighting style equipped you will do a different animation and do some damage when you flashstep, but this is unlikely. The "levels" you mentioned are for NPC in hydra island dragon crew warriors and archers. just a bunch of yapping.

Most probably those BF Tp animations are gonna be for the control rework becuase we also know that control supports teleportation, domain and its c ability is also kinda a grab move. Who knows tho? They might be cooking something different aswell 🔥
